Our condo is less than a 10 minute drive to the beach, and many tourist attractions. Waterway Village has both an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and putting green, all within a short walk from the condo.

This condo is fully furnished and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, full kitchen, and an oversized, screened-in porch. The master bedroom features a king bed, two dressers for storage, TV with cable, night stands on either side of the bed, closet for extra storage, window with natural lighting, ceiling fan, and access to the private master bathroom. The master bath has been recently updated and is a completely different space! The bathroom has been completely modernized, with a fully-tiled walk in shower, rainfall showerhead AND detachable head for added convenience, as well as a brand new vanity countertop with separate sinks and mirrors.

The guest bedroom is the first bedroom on the right upon entering the condo. The guest bedroom features 2 twin-size beds, dresser, TV with cable, night stand, closet for storage, ceiling fan, and window for natural light.

The guest bathroom is located just outside of the guest bedroom and features a tub/shower, toilet, vanity, and oversized mirror.

Making our way through the condo, guests will find the newly renovated fully-stocked kitchen centrally located and features new granite counter tops, beautiful new cabinetry, double-compartment sink, new full-size stainless steal appliances such as a full size stove, fridge, freezer, dish washer, and mounted microwave. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, cookware, cooking utensils, and much more! Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem! For guests who prefer to dine out, there are hundreds of award-winning restaurants within a 10 minute drive of Waterway Village. Many restaurants in the area offer delivery, and for those who prefer to stay in, food delivery options such as Uber Eats and DoorDash are very popular options!

The combined living room and dining room are located just off of the kitchen. The living room features a comfortable sofa that converts to a sleeper sofa allowing for a maximum of 6 guests to sleep in this condo comfortable, accent chairs, TV, modern decor, coffee table, as well as access to the private balcony over looking the golf course. The dining area includes a dinner table with chairs.

The living room is truly the most relaxing area of the entire apartment. This apartment is tastefully decorated and the modern decor & furnishings really make this rental one-of-a-kind! The private balcony is perfect! Many guests have sent photos of some colorful sunsets and sunrises.

Guests will also love the convenience of having a washer and dryer located in the unit!

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic “starter toiletries” that include toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent packets, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic cable and wifi.

You will be blown away by this spacious, direct ocean front, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, apartment located at the highly sought-after Towers On The Grove; a Wyndham property! This ocean front condo is perfect for a family, or multiple parties looking to stay at the same property. The unique layout of this condo will comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

Space

As of Spring 2025, this condo has undergone some stunning upgrades! For starters, the condo was repainted with warm and welcoming colors and the carpeting was replaced! A new sleeper sofa was installed in the living room, and the dining table and chairs were replaced as well. On top of all of that, the bathroom cabinets have been replaced as well!

Upon arrival, guests will enter through the oversized kitchen. The kitchen features tile flooring, full size stainless steel appliances that include a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen also has a new Keurig coffee maker for guests to use! Our guests will enjoy oversized counter space, and plenty of cabinetry stocked with all basic cookware and kitchen necessities. The kitchen also features granite countertops, and a stackable washer and dryer is located just across from the fridge.

Continuing through the apartment, guests will next arrive in the bedroom area. The bedroom features 2 queen beds, dresser, TV with basic cable, ceiling fan, and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom will comfortably accommodate a total of 4 guests, sleeping 2 in each bed.

The last stop is the living room; the most relaxing area of the condo. The living room offers incredible, panoramic, ocean front views that are truly breathtaking. This space features a queen sofa, coffee table, TV with basic cable, and access to the private, ocean front balcony. Guests have been able to spot dolphins and incredible sunrises from the balcony! The living room will also accommodate 2 guests on the queen-sized sleeper sofa.

All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. All of our bath towels and linens are standard size and quality. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. Centrally located in the apartment, there is a laundry / utility closet that features a full sized washer and dryer. There is also a half bathroom located in the hallway.

The resort features a few outdoor pools one of which is covered, lazy river, waterfall, water slide, fitness center, free parking, free beach access, and so much more! Guests love being able to access the beach without having to drive anywhere! We offer free wifi and cable TV. As mentioned previously, we also provide all towels and linens, and guests will arrive to freshly made beds and stocked bathrooms. Unlike other rentals in the area, there will be no charge for towels or linens.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony. Smoking is only permitted in the designated area outside of the resort. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained and other charges may occur. Towers On The Grove does not allow boats, motorcycles, or trailers. Towers On The Grove is located approximately 25 minutes from Central Myrtle Beach, the Myrtle Beach International Airport and the famous Skywheel. The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this second floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in The Fairways at River Oaks in Myrtle Beach, SC. This condo is conveniently located less than a mile off of highway 501 and highway 31 (the two main highways in the area) and within minutes of multiple award-winning golf courses! Our condo is less than a 10-minute drive to the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Top Golf, the beach, Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and many other tourist attractions. Guests will have access to a community pool, and hot tub!

Space

As of Fall of 2024, this condo has undergone some fabulous updates! For starters, the unit was repainted, the outdoor furniture was replaced, all of the sofas and chairs in the dining room were replaced! We are sure you’re going to love this updated rental, and we could not be more excited to share it with you!

Making your way through the apartment, guests will find a total of 3 bedrooms! The layouts are as follows.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom is considered the master and features a king-sized bed, dresser and walk in closet for storage, ceiling fan, work desk, flat screen TV, access to the private balcony, and access to the ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a standing shower with sliding glass doors, vanity with a large mirror, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: This is considered one of the guest bedrooms and features one queen bed, a dresser and closet for storage, nightstands, and a window for natural light.

Bedroom 3: This is considered one of the guest bedrooms and features two twin beds, a nightstand between the beds, a window for natural light, and a closet for storage.

Down the hall, guests will find the second bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo with sliding glass doors, a vanity, mirror, and toilet.

Making your way through the condo, guests will find the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen features plentiful counter space, beautiful cabinetry, double-compartment sink, full size stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and mounted microwave. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, cooking utensils, and much more! For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride of the Fairways. In addition, UberEats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.

There is a washer and dryer located in the bathroom closet with shelving above. Guests will love the convenience of being able to do their laundry in the comfort of the condo!

The living room and dining area are located just off from the kitchen. The living space is truly one of the most relaxing areas of the entire apartment, and features two sofas, two reclining armchairs, a large flat screen TV, side tables, coffee table, and access to the private balcony. This condo was recently updated with beautiful new flooring, a new refrigerator, and more! The dining area features a stunning glass tabletop with enough seating to accommodate six.

Guests will have access to basic cable and Wi-Fi.

The Fairways at River Oaks community features a pool and a jacuzzi! This apartment is a short drive to the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking. Please note that this complex does not have an elevator! Guest’s will be required to take 20 steps up to the second floor in order to access the unit.
