We prefer a candidate who has experience in customer service and/or a background in hospitality,
reservations, front desk, resorts, hotels, etc. Prior experience is recommended, and we are only

will be required to communicate with guests, homeowners, and coworkers via text and email, and
proper grammar and spelling skills are very important. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in

Photographer
As a Photographer Marketing professional, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that enhances our brand presence and engages our audience. Reporting to the Property Manager, you will utilize your core skills in photography, photo editing, and manipulation to produce high-quality images and videos. *This is a full time position*
Qualifications
Proficient in photography and photo editing techniques
Skilled in photo manipulation and color management
Familiarity with filming and videography practices
Experience in social media management is a plus
Proven experience in photography with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Experience in video production and videography is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Some video footage for reels and social media may be needed.
Reservation Agent

Housekeeping Inspector
Casago Myrtle Beach is looking to hire full-time candidates who will oversee the quality control of our
rental properties. The ideal candidate must be very detail oriented with the customer's best interest at heart. This is a
very important role within our business! Prior inspection and or cleaning experience is preferred, but
not required. Each applicant will be thoroughly trained. Candidates must have reliable transportation,
smart phone with WIFI, text, and calling ability, and a positive attitude. Inspectors will be required to
communicate feedback and cleanliness issues directly with the cleaners, and ensure that any
mistakes or issues found during the time of inspection are corrected. Candidates will be required to
pass a drug screen and background check, no exceptions.
Maintenance Technician
Casago Myrtle Beach is looking to hire a full time maintenance technician who
possesses all-around general maintenance skills. This is not a 9-5 position and will require a mixture
of shifts; some days and some evenings. This candidate will be expected to be available to address
calls and maintenance requests in a timely manner. Candidate MUST have a truck or work van with tools. The ideal candidate would have a basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as: programming TV remotes, changing TV's, hanging blinds, painting/patching walls. Candidates will be required to
pass a drug screen and background check, no exceptions.
Maintenance Coordinator
This candidate will be responsible for assigning work orders to the maintenance workers while being mindful of their respective locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing out work orders, adding costs, communicating with our office personnel, and more. The right candidate should possess strong communication and time-management skills. This is an office/admin position, and candidates will be expected to work in the office. Shift hours are generally a mixture of night shifts and day shifts. Candidates will be required to
