Upon arrival, guests will enter into a small hallway. To the left guests will find the private bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower, vanity, new toilet, mirror, hair dryer, and more.

Entering into the living area, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! The living room offers a sofa that converts to a bed, two accent chairs, a murphy bed(wall mounted bed) coffee table, large wall mounted flat screen TV, small table and chairs, and access to the ocean view balcony. In total, this unit will comfortably sleep 8 guests, making this condo perfect for a family or group of friends.

The kitchen is located in the main living space. The kitchen features a full-size fridge and freezer, mounted microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, cabinet space for storage, kitchen sink, and much more. Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem. For guests who prefer to dine out, North Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options, many of which are within a short walk or drive from the Bay Watch Resort. Many restaurants in the area offer delivery, but if not, guests can rely on food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash. Guests will also find a stackable washer and dryer in the bi-fold closets located in the kitchen area. Guests will love the convenience of being able to do laundry from the comfort of the condo.

Right off the living space guests will find the bedroom. The bedroom features two full size beds, nightstand between dresser and closet for storage, a flat screen TV with basic cable, and access to the ocean view balcony.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic “starter toiletries” that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi.

Bay Watch Resort is a high-rise complex located at 2701 South Ocean Blvd in North Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only a couple of miles from the North Myrtle Beach regional airport, Barefoot Landing, Duplin Winery, and more. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.

As of Fall 2024, this condo has been completely updated! We could not be more excited to share with you. For starters, the entire condo was painted with warm and welcoming colors. All new flooring was also installed throughout! In the kitchen all new appliances were added, including a new stackable washer and dryer behind the bi-fold closet in the kitchen area! A new air conditioning unit was installed. Lastly new furniture was placed throughout. We guarantee you are going to love it!

Upon arrival, guests will enter into a small hallway. To the right guests will find the first of the two bedrooms. This bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstand, window for natural light, dresser and closet for storage, flat screen TV, and access to the guest bathroom right down the hall. The bathroom features a tub/shower, vanity, toilet, mirror, hair dryer, and more.

Moving right along guests will find the kitchen, centrally located between the guest bedroom and living area. The kitchen features all new appliances including: a full-size fridge and freezer, mounted microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cabinet space for storage, double compartment kitchen sink, and much more. Directly to the right is where the full bathroom is located. The bathroom features a tub, shower, vanity, oversized mirror, and toilet. The water heater and AC unit are located in the utility closet within the bathroom.

Continuing down the hallway, the bedroom is also located on the right side of the apartment. The bedroom features 2 queen beds, closet and dresser for storage, nightstand, cable TV, shutter-style windows that open into the living area, and a bedroom door for privacy.

Entering into the living room, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! The living room is open and spacious, and features endless views of the Atlantic ocean. The 14th floor offers incredible, panoramic views! The living room offers a dining table and chairs, full-size sleeper sofa, cable TV, and access to the private balcony. There is also a recliner in the living area as well.

Please note that the water amenities close annually for the winter season, with a tentative reopening scheduled for early April. This date is subject to change. This house is a short ride to many restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The beach house neighbors so many attractions that are within a 10 minute drive of the property. The beach is also 2 blocks away which guests will love!

This beautiful beach house features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, outdoor deck space, living room, full kitchen, full size appliances, full size washer and dryer, and enough bedding to accommodate up to 8 guests!

There are 4 spacious bedrooms inside the home. They layouts are as follows!

Bedroom 1: This bedroom is located downstairs on the ground level and features a queen bed, window for natural light, a nightstand, closet for storage, wall mounted smart TV with streaming apps, and access to the private back patio.

In the garage is a full size washer and dryer! Guests will love the convenience of being able to do their laundry right in the rental house!

Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 towels, 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bath mat, soap shampoo, lotion, and conditioner per bathroom. Bedding, pillows, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay are included. We will also provide basic “starter toiletries” that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!

This beach house is in a prime location in Myrtle Beach, SC. Guests are only a short drive to North Myrtle Beach, Garden City, Surfside, and more! Guest will love the location and proximity to the beach, shopping, dining, live music, and so much more.
