This apartment has been completely renovated and features some truly spectacular updates, and we can’t be more excited to share them with you. To start, the entire unit was repainted with modern and welcoming colors. In the kitchen, the new stainless steel appliances were added. The living room was furnished with brand new furniture including a new large couch, new feature wall and mantle with LED fireplace, new dining room chairs, new lighting over the dining area, and new Roku TV. Recently, in Fall of 2024, the bathroom has had some very beautiful renovation work completed! For starters, the entire tub and shower area has been completely retiled and resurfaced, offering a luxurious and clean experience! The bathroom as a whole was repainted! This space was truly transformed and we could not be more excited to share these wonderful updates with you!

Guests will enter into the condo into the bedroom. The bedroom features 2 queen size beds, large dresser, closet, nightstand inbetween the two beds, new decor, and new 50″ Roku TV. This space is perfect for 4 guests. Just down the hall is the full bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, large mirror, hair dryer, and new decor throughout. One thing that separates this rental from most other is the fact that the bathroom area is extremely spacious and features an oversized tub. The washer and dryer is in this area as well.

In the central area of the apartment, our guests will enjoy a full kitchen with new full size stainless steal appliances. We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family. Unlike many rentals, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the Atlantica. This apartment has been completely updated as of March 2024, and we couldn’t be more excited to share these features with you! To start, all kitchen, living room, bedroom, hallway, and bath walls were repainted with warm and inviting colors. New furniture was installed throughout, including a couch that converts to a bed, an accent chair, a dining table, nightstands, a queen bed, and so much more. New curtains, wall décor, bed runners, and decorative pillows were also installed throughout. In the living room, a stunning new accent wall with a built-in LED fireplace was added—guests will love relaxing by the fire on the new sofa or accent chair. The kitchen features a new tile backsplash, adding a modern and stylish touch, and the guest suite was enhanced with a beautiful new stone accent wall.

Most recently, additional renovations were completed in Winter 2025, further elevating the space. The bathrooms were beautifully updated with new vanities, modern light fixtures, backlit mirrors, and LED faucets that indicate water temperature for both convenience and style. The living room was also upgraded with LED accent lighting installed behind the television, creating a sleek, ambient atmosphere perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

As of Winter 2023 this condo has been nicely updated and we could not be more excited to share them with you! For starters all the carpeting was replaced with brand new LVT flooring throughout! In the living area a new dining table was installed with new chairs to compliment. Two new larger TV’s were installed in the master bedroom and guest bedroom. Lastly, all new furniture was installed in the master bedroom, and living room. Guests will love these new updates!

This 2 bedroom suite features some incredible upgrades that include: granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, newer furniture, fully stocked cabinets, washer & dryer in the condo, and so much more.

This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn’t feel cramped! Just down the hallway, the master bedroom offers 1 king bed and access to a full bathroom. This bedroom also includes access to the main oceanfront balcony, which is also accessible from the living room.
