This is an absolutely incredible, completely renovated luxury romance suite located at the Caravelle Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 14th-floor, direct oceanfront studio apartment. The condo is fully furnished, and the layout accommodates 2-3 guests.

Space

In the fall of 2022, this apartment was completely renovated and features some truly luxurious updates. We couldn’t be more excited to share them with you. To start, all carpeting was removed, and LVP was installed throughout the bedroom area. New baseboards were installed and painted. The entire unit was repainted with modern, welcoming colors! In the living area, a rock wall with a built-in fireplace was installed. Guests will enjoy the LED electric fireplace and the flat-screen smart TV. Retractable curtains were installed over the windows, and guests can open and close them with ease. The headboard was refinished to complement the comfortable king-sized bed, and the 2 nightstands were custom made. Everything in this condo is practically brand new! The love seat, which was newly installed in November 2022, converts into a twin-sized bed. Guests will enjoy relaxing on the sofa by the fire while taking in endless views of the Atlantic Ocean!

In the kitchen, the cabinets were prepped and stocked with basic cookware and kitchen necessities. A new marble countertop was installed, along with a modern tile backsplash. The stainless steel appliances complement the cabinets and countertops beautifully. Guests will enjoy all new appliances, including a microwave, stove, oven, and fridge/freezer.

No expense was spared during the bathroom renovation. Out with the old, in with the new! The bathroom features a spacious tub and shower, a modern vanity, and an oversized mirror. Just outside the bathroom, guests will enjoy a second mirror and countertop, making it much easier to get ready. The extra space is much appreciated! Guests will also have access to a linen closet and dresser for storage. A PTAC unit near the balcony door provides both heat and air, so guests can adjust the temperature to their comfort level.

Entering the living area, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! This open and spacious floor plan offers endless views of the Atlantic Ocean. The 14th floor provides such great views, and many guests have sent us photos of colorful sunrises, hand-painted sunsets, and even dolphins! The living area features a love seat, dining table and chairs, an Alaskan rock wall with a built-in fireplace, a TV, and access to the oceanfront balcony.

The kitchen area is located immediately upon entering the condo. The kitchen features full-size stainless steel appliances: a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and plenty of cabinet space for storage. Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem. These appliances are brand new as of November 2022. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options, many of which are within a short walk or drive from the Caravelle Resort. Many restaurants in the area offer delivery, but if not, guests can rely on food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash.
Throughout the condo, guests will enjoy tile flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, LVP flooring in the bedroom area, fresh paint, a beautiful accent wall, new furniture, and modern decor (all as of fall 2022). The homeowners spared no expense.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We also provide basic “starter toiletries,” including toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Additionally, our guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi.

Located at The Caravelle Resort, this unit is in close proximity to Myrtle Beach’s most beloved attractions. The resort is situated on the northern end of Myrtle Beach but is still close enough to everything the area has to offer. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance of the resort, and central Myrtle Beach is about a 10-minute drive (with traffic). This oceanfront apartment has its own private entrance and is not shared with anyone! It’s comparable to a hotel room, but much nicer and slightly larger! The condo will accommodate 4 guests comfortably, with 2 guests on the king bed and an additional 1-2 guests on the full-size Murphy bed.

Upon entering the unit, guests will walk into an extravagant foyer with stunning decorative tile flooring. The first door to your right leads to the bedroom. The bedroom features 1 king-size bed, a large dresser, a wall-mounted TV, a nightstand, and a window providing natural light and a beautiful view of the shoreline.

Moving on from the bedroom, the next opening to your right will lead you into the living area. The living area features a couch, a wall-mounted Murphy bed, a table and chairs, a wall-mounted TV, and breathtaking ocean views from the oversized private balcony located just off the living area. The kitchen can be found right off the living space.

The kitchen offers full-size appliances, including a fridge, stove, microwave, Keurig, and ample cabinet space. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, several restaurants are within a short walk or ride from the Caravelle Resort. Additionally, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.

Stop your search here!! This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront beach house located on Waccamaw Drive in Garden City Beach!

This newly renovated beach house comfortably sleeps 14 guests with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 sets of triple bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living area!

The first floor of the home features a full-size kitchen and boasts endless views on the Atlantic Ocean. You can access your private ocean front porch on this level of the house. In addition, there is 1 bedroom with a full bath on the first floor. This bedroom consists of two, triple bunk beds! Behind the kitchen is the living room, and just around the corner are the stairs that will lead up to the second floor.

On the second floor, you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the rooms feature king-size beds, and the 3rd bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. The washer and dryer are also located on this floor.

There is brand new furniture (including flat screen TVs) in every room throughout the house! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils so you can pack light! **Cooking spices/oils and paper products are not provided.

Be aware that there are two locked owners’ closets within the house. One closet is located in the first-floor bedroom. The second closet is at the end of the second-floor hallway. Please do not attempt to open these owner closets. Failure to comply with this request will result in additional charges. Thank you for your cooperation!

This home was renovated from floor to ceiling in January 2019, with brand new everything! New furniture, new flooring, new appliances, new decor, and so much more! After Dune Delight is an incredible rental for you and your crew! Each bedroom has its own cable TV and linens/bedding are provided for each, including the sleeper sofa! Each bathroom will have 8 towels and 8 washcloths with very small starter toiletries to help get you started!

As we make our way outside the home, you will notice ample parking under the house. There is plenty space to accommodate 4 vehicles. Feel free to bring your boat, trailer, motorcycles, jet skis, or all of the above!

We are just 8 miles south of Myrtle beach and only .5 miles from the famous Garden City Pier! The Garden City Pier is 668 ft long and there’s no fee to walk out on it! During the summer, there is live music from 8 pm-midnight! From midnight to 6 am, the pier is reserved for fishing only. Please note: hours of the pier are seasonal and subject to change. Directly across the street from the pier, is an arcade for games and excitement! Also on the pier, is Pieradise Cafe, which is serves breakfast, lunch and dinner during season! Other nearby food options are Sara J’s Seafood Restaurant, Original Sam’s Corner, Gulf Stream Cafe and Marlin Quay Marina!

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrell’s Inlet which features Restaurant Row, which is considered to have the best seafood and barbecue in South Carolina! Murrell’s Inlet is also known for fishing and some of the nation’s best golf courses!

This house is not handicap accessible and the only access for entrance is by stairs, as pictured.

It is important to note that there are outdoor security cameras on the property. These cameras have been installed for the sole purpose of keeping the property safe and secure. There are no cameras or monitoring devices inside the property, as we respect the privacy of our guests.

This home is truly a beach escape you will never forget!

Important:
There should be no gas or charcoal grilling, or outdoor grills on the property. In addition, guests are not allowed to build fire pits or start any fires on the property.

Please note: There is a hairline crack across the glass top of the stove. It still functions properly and does not affect cooking ability.

Space

As of February 2024, this condo has had some spectacular updates! We could not be more excited to share them with you. For starters all new floors were installed throughout! The unit was also freshly painted with warm and welcoming colors. In the living room a stunning fireplace was installed along with a new large flat screen TV. In the kitchen a new backsplash was installed giving a coastal feel. Guests will be blown away!

Upon entry, guests will walk into a hall. Down the hall guests will find the guest bedroom. This bedroom features 2 queen sized beds, a dresser for storage, TV, nightstand, window for natural light, and access to the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo, large vanity, and large mirror.

Centrally located in the condo, guests will find an oversized kitchen. Our guests will enjoy beautiful granite counter tops, dishwasher, stove, oven, wall mounted microwave, fridge, freezer, double compartment sink, coffee maker and plenty of storage space. The kitchen cabinets are fully stocked as we provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the Anderson Ocean Club. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.

Making your way into the living room, our guests will be blown away by the breathtaking views! The living area is truly the most relaxing space of the entire condo! This space features a sofa that converts to a sleeper sofa, accent chair, end table, coffee table, TV and TV stand, dinning table that seats 4 guests, bar seating that will accommodate an additional 2 guests, and access to the private oceanfront balcony! Stepping out onto the balcony, this condo offers panoramic, oceanfront view of the Atlantic. Many of our guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and several guests have sent us photos of the most magical sunset you can imagine.

Across from the living space is the master suite! This bedroom features a king size bed, nightstands, large dresser for storage, large wall mounted TV, access to the second oceanfront balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, and mirror. Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic “starter toiletries” that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi.

The Anderson Ocean Club offers some incredible amenities, including indoor & outdoor pools, a lazy river, hot tub, fitness center, Starbucks, a full-service Spa, Tiki Bar, and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean! Guests love being able to walk to a number of dining and entertainment options within 2-3 minutes of the Anderson. Our guests truly enjoy the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.

Those words could not be truer when describing this captivating 4-bedroom beach house located in Murrells Inlet, SC. “113 Crab Drive” is located just a few rows back from the beach, just a short walk, making it a prime vacation spot! This house is a short ride to many restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The beach house neighbors so many attractions and popular landmarks such as the Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, Huntington Beach State Park, the Garden City Pier, and so much more. These attractions are within a 10-minute drive of the property.

This raised beach house features 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, two oversized front decks, living room, loft area, full kitchen, full size appliances, a full-sized washer and dryer, community pool, spacious parking, and enough bedding to accommodate 10 guests!

There are 4 spacious bedrooms inside the home. All bedrooms have recently had new ceiling fans and overhead lighting installed!

Bedroom 1: This bedroom is considered the master bedroom which features a king bed, making it perfect for 2 guests. There is a window for natural lighting, dresser, wall mounted TV, nightstands, ceiling fan, and access to a private bathroom. The bathroom features two recently updated vanity sinks, shower, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a full-sized bunk bed with a twin trundle under the bed and is perfect for 2-5 guests. There is a window for natural lighting, nightstand, a dresser for storage, flat screen TV, Guests will also have access to a Smart TV and overhead lighting. There is an attached, ensuite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo, toilet, vanity and mirror!

Bedroom 3: The 3rd bedroom features a queen-sized bed and will accommodate 2 guests. There is a window for natural light. This room features two night stands on either side of the bed, a dresser and closet for storage, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and access to the ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, mirror, and toilet.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, love seat, coffee table, large wall mounted TV, ceiling fan, and access to the first of two private balconies! The dining area is located straight ahead, just past the living room. This area features a large table with chairs perfect for enjoying a family meal.

Just off from the dining area, guests will have access to a full kitchen. The kitchen offers full size appliances, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, mounted microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster, and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short ride from the house. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.

Just steps from the home, guests will enjoy the community pool. Shared between the 10 or so houses in the community!

Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 towels, 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bathmat, soap shampoo, lotion, and conditioner per bathroom. Bedding, pillows, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay are included. We will also provide basic “starter toiletries” that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

This beach house is in a prime location in Murrells Inlet, SC. Guests are only a short drive to central Myrtle Beach, Pawleys Island, Garden City, Surfside, and more! Guests love the location and proximity to the beach, shopping, dining, live music, and so much more. This property is only a few blocks from the beach; a short walk or golf cart ride!

Please note that there is a outdoor security camera on the wall, to the right of the main entry door directly in front of the stairs.
