With two full bathrooms (one en suite and another conveniently located behind the kitchen), getting ready is a breeze, even for larger groups. The living room offers a cozy queen sleeper sofa and a convenient full-size murphy bed that easily folds away when not in use. There’s a second private balcony here as well, offering beautiful ocean views any time of day. The kitchen is located in between the bedroom and living room and features full size appliances. Guests will have access to a fridge / freezer, stove, oven, top-mounted microwave, kitchen sink, granite countertops, and plentiful cabinet space. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you’ll need to cook! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Post Mates have become very popular food delivery options along the Grand Strand.

Our condo is less than a 10 minute drive to the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Top Golf, and many other tourist attractions. This apartment offers gorgeous oceanfront views, beach access directly across the street from the complex, outdoor pool, spacious living area, oversized balcony, and so much more!

Space

PLEASE NOTE; Guests must pick up a key from our office to get into the lobby of Cabana One. Our office is approximately 10 minutes away from your destination. The key must be left in the unit at your departure. If the key is missing, it costs $50 to replace.

This apartment is fully furnished and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, full kitchen, and an oversized balcony with great views of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom features a king bed, dresser, TV, closet for storage, and access to the master bathroom. The master bath features a tub/shower, toilet, vanity, and mirror.

Making our way through the apartment, guests will find the fully-stocked kitchen centrally located in the apartment. The kitchen features plentiful counter space, gorgeous Quartz countertops, spacious cabinetry, single-compartment sink, full size stove, fridge, freezer, and mounted microwave. There is a washer and dryer located in the utility closet on the back side of the kitchen. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, cooking utensils, and much more!

The living room and dining room are located just off from the kitchen. The living room features 1 sofa, TV, accent chairs, modern decor, and access to the private balcony. The dresser in the living room is actually a hide away murphy bed which will sleep an additional 2 guests, allowing this unit to comfortably sleep up to 8 guests! The dining area is shared with the living room and sits just between the kitchen and living area. This area offers a dining table and bar chairs. The living room is truly the most relaxing area of the entire apartment. This apartment was beautifully decorated and the modern decor & furnishings really make this rental one-of-a-kind!

The guest bedroom features 2 queen size beds and is perfect for sleeping 2-4 guests. Guests will have access to a linen closet for storage, dresser, lamps for lighting, and window that provides natural light. Guests can easily access the 2nd bathroom that’s located just outside of this bedroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, and toilet.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic “starter toiletries” that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests will have access to basic cable and wifi.

Cabana One is a family oriented oceanfront complex along the Golden Mile and is easily accessible to downtown Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. This condo is only a few miles from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access!

This home has a minimum age requirement of 21. The reservation holder must be 21 years of age or older in order for the reservation to be valid within our system.

This condo was completely renovated in Winter 2023 and features several stunning updates! For starters, the entire condo was painted with warm, welcoming colors. New flooring was installed throughout, giving the condo a beautiful and seamless look. All new furniture and decor were added as well. In the living room, a stunning shiplap accent wall was installed with a color-changing LED fireplace, making the room feel like a home away from home! Guests will find a second shiplap accent wall with a built-in fireplace in the bedroom. A built-in workstation was created in the living room, which is also perfect for sitting down to enjoy a bite to eat. In the bathroom, a new vanity was installed, giving it a modern look. In the kitchen, new countertops were added, along with cabinets and a beautiful tile backsplash! Not to mention, all new appliances as well! No expense was spared in this renovation!

Upon entering the condo, guests will walk into the living room. The living room features a couch that converts to a queen-size bed, a coffee table, a built-in workspace area, a shiplap accent wall with a built-in fireplace, and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV located above the fireplace. The sleeper sofa will accommodate up to 2 guests.

Moving past the living area is the kitchen. The kitchen features new full-size appliances, including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, wall-mounted microwave, and plentiful cabinet space for storage. There’s also a sink, Keurig coffee maker, and more. Cooking a meal or snack will be no problem! Guests will enjoy new cabinetry and a fully stocked selection of kitchenware and utensils. For guests who prefer dining out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options, many of which are within a short walk or drive from the Camelot Resort. Many restaurants in the area offer delivery. Myrtle Beach also offers food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash.

Just past the kitchen, guests will find the bedroom. This space features a king-size bed, a dresser for storage, a beautiful shiplap accent wall with a built-in fireplace, a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, nightstands on both sides of the bed, and access to the oceanfront balcony. This unit is unique in that the bedroom is on the oceanfront side of the condo, rather than the back. Both the Caravelle Resort and Tower offer laundry facilities, and guests have access to all pools, kiddie pools, the fitness center, and arcade located within both buildings. Please note that guests do not have access to the onsite tiki bar and restaurant.

House Rules

Because this is a short-term vacation rental, per SC law, hosts are not required to accept any service animals, EXCEPT for ADA service dogs. The complex that our listing is located in follows a strict rule that only ADA service dogs are allowed. Please do your own due diligence about what an ADA service dog is. If you have any other service animals, they will not be permitted on the premises. No refunds will be given due to this.

Guests agree to the following upon booking:
*Guests must immediately notify management of any damages upon arrival.
*We have a strict 11 am check-out time. This is to ensure that guests like yourselves can arrive at a clean room on time.
*Our cancellation policy can be read in Airbnb before booking. We will abide by this.
*Altering a reservation must be approved by management and is subject to fees.
*Guests must NOT sublease the unit.
*All house parties are prohibited.
*No pets are permitted. Only ADA service dogs
*All guests must abide by the rules and regulations of the complex where our unit is located.
*Amenities that are listed MAY or MAY NOT be available at your time of arrival. Balconies, pools, hot tubs, restaurants, arcade rooms, and other advertised amenities could be closed due to maintenance, upgrades, or simply just the time of year. We do not give any refunds or rebates due to this. Guests are required to do their own due diligence to see if amenities are available.
*Construction may take place at our location or at a nearby location. This could cause noise, loss of amenities, or obstruction of view. We do our best to notify guests when we are aware of something in the area going on. However, it is still the guest`s responsibility to do their own due diligence to see if any construction is going. There will be no refunds due to this.
*All items in the unit are privately owned. This includes all bedding, towels, and linens. Please leave all of these at your departure. Any missing items will be charged to the guest.
*The cleaning fee included in your total covers the cost of a basic cleaning for the whole unit, laundering of the linens, and a “starter pack” of toiletries. Guests are still expected to pick up after themselves. Please dispose of all items (food, trash, personal items, etc). Wash all dishes that were used.
* Please dispose of trash inside the pelican or the large trash cans on the floors.
* Please do not dispose of trash in the Caravelle Resort Dumpster behind the Caravelle Building! That is for the Resort staff and HOA use only!!!! Any evidence of trash being disposed of there will result in fines!!!
*This unit is non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking will result in charges.
*All of our rules are to protect the property and to ensure that the incoming guest is able to check in on time with no issues.

Pest Control Notice-
To ensure a pest-free environment, routine pest control treatments are scheduled for all properties. Access must be provided on the treatment date.

Late Checkout charges.
$25 for the first hour.
$50 for every additional hour not out of the room up until check in time at 4pm
If a guest is still in the unit after check in time. We will charge the guest for an additional night on top of the other late checkout fees.
If we have to cancel a upcoming guest due to a guest still occupying the unit after checkout. The guest will also be responsible for the lost revenue on the incoming guest.

Parking: We cannot personally guarantee the allowance of motorcycles or trailer on site. We cannot provide additional parking passes for these if they are lost. Only 1 parking pass for this unit.

Breaking House Rules – We will charge an additional $150

Wifi – The Wifi is operated by the resort not by Casago Myrtle Beach. While we do offer login information, we do not control its reliability, speed, or availability. We do not offer discounts or make rate adjustments for any amenity that may not be available during the stay.

Key Cards: There will be additional charges for any key cards that are not left inside the room. The instructions for the key cards will be provided in the welcome packet sent to your email prior to checking in.

RESORT MANAGEMENT Casago Myrtle Beach and its homeowners cannot guarantee that all facilities and/or amenities will be available for the use of our renters. From time to time, resort managers, builders, developers, and the HOA board will change the rules and regulations of which amenities our guests have access to, all of which are out of our control. We do not offer refunds, make rate adjustments, or offer rebates due to these matters.

Our office hours are from 8 am to 10pm, seven days a week. We are available after hours for emergencies (In-House Guests Only) by calling our office and pressing 5. Out of respect for our staff, any guests that calls the emergency line and do not have true emergencies, will be charged a minimum $50 fee. Please use your best judgement when calling the emergency line. True emergencies include, but are not limited to, issues with entry or door locks, flooding, fire, power, etc.
