Located in the South Myrtle Beach / Surfside area, this location offers a break from the tourists and traffic but is only 10 minutes to downtown Myrtle Beach, and only 2 miles to the ocean. Have a large group? Rent this unit AND another just a block away.

As of Fall 2021, we have made a few updates to the property! The living room carpet has been removed and new laminate flooring has been installed. We have also updated the kitchen cabinets and installed new granite countertops. These updates have really made a huge difference, and our guests seem to appreciate these renovations!

This property will accommodate 6 guests comfortably and consists of approximately 800 sq ft. of living space. Once inside the apartment, guests will find a queen bed in the first bedroom on the left. This room does have a closet for storage, TV, and nightstand.

Minimum Night Stay Requirement: 7 night minimum stay required per the HOA

All guests should park in the overflow parking lots. We have included a photo of the parking map in the listing.

Space

The second bedroom is also on the left and features a queen bunk bed, TV, dresser for storage, and closet. There is a full-size bathroom in between these 2 bedrooms. The bathroom features a vanity, oversized mirror, tub/shower, and toilet.

Making your way through the apartment, guests will enjoy an open floor plan with personalized furniture and decor. The second bathroom is in the hallway and features a toilet, pedestal sink, and stand-up shower (no tub).

The kitchen offers plentiful cabinet space for storage and oversized counter space. The kitchen features all full-size appliances and includes a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and more. A toaster, coffee maker, plates, cups, cookware, cooking utensils, and all silverware will be provided. As of 2020, the fridge, microwave, AC unit, and water heater are all brand new.

Just off from the kitchen is the living room. The living room features 1 couch and accent chair. This space offers overhead lighting, a ceiling fan, end tables with lamps, a coffee table, TV, and an entertainment stand. The living room also offers a view of the terrace and pool deck.

At the very rear of the apartment, guests will enjoy a screened porch. The washer and dryer are located in a closet on the porch, and guests are welcome to launder items as needed. To access the pool, guests will simply exit the screened porch; only about 30 feet from the pool deck and outdoor showers!

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic “starter toiletries” that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests can expect to arrive to 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom, as well as all linens and bedding. Additionally, our guests will have access to basic cable and wifi.

For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the Grande Cayman Resort. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.

The full size bathroom is located right off the kitchen and features a tiled shower, toilet, vanity with over sized LED backlit mirror, sink and granite counter top.

Making your way through the apartment, is the main living space. Guests will be blown away by the ocean views. This space features 2 queen beds, a wall-mounted TV, dresser and an accent chair. Guests will also have access to the private balcony from this area.

Grande Cayman offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, bars, restaurants, laundry facility, arcade, rooftop mini golf course, and so much more. The fitness center is not accessible by our guests.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi, as well as free parking. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
