Space

As you enter, you are welcomed by a refreshed kitchen that is both stylish and functional. Featuring all new, up to date appliances including a refrigerator, stove and oven, mounted microwave, and a brand new drip coffee maker, this space makes preparing meals easy and enjoyable. An abundance of cabinet space allows you to store groceries with ease, and the kitchen comes fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, cutlery, and glassware. If cooking is not on the agenda, the resort offers several onsite dining options, and you are just minutes from countless restaurants throughout Myrtle Beach. Food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash are also widely available for added convenience.

Directly across from the kitchen, the bathroom has been upgraded to create a clean and inviting space to refresh. It features a shower and tub combination with a beautifully tiled backsplash, a comfort height toilet, and a vanity sink. An additional separate vanity area provides extra room, making it easy for everyone in your group to get ready without feeling crowded. All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, bedding, and linens are provided. Specifically, 8 bath towels and 8 washcloths will be provided for our guests. We also provide starter amenities in each bathroom such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation.

Continuing into the main living and sleeping area, you will find a comfortable and thoughtfully arranged layout designed to help you unwind. Two queen sized beds sit side by side, separated by an end table with a lamp, creating a cozy setup for a restful night’s sleep. Across from the beds, a dresser offers plenty of storage for your belongings. A newly added dining table provides a perfect spot for meals, morning coffee, or a relaxed game night.

Just beyond the sleeping area, a small living space offers even more room to relax. A loveseat and coffee table create a comfortable seating area, while a brand new, 50 inch TV on an entertainment stand and an accent chair complete the space. Whether you are winding down after a day at the beach or enjoying a quiet evening in, this area offers a cozy place to gather.

Dunes Village Resort and its amenities are second to none! As our guest, you will have access to over 30,000 square feet of indoor waterparks. These water parks are located within the Dunes Village Resort and feature various water slides, dump buckets, sprinklers, Kid Zone, and so much more. In addition to the water parks, guests will also have access to a number of indoor and outdoor pool options and lazy rivers. Our guests will also be able to enjoy multiple food and beverage options at the resort! An outdoor playground, basketball court, tennis court, fitness center, putting greens, pool tables, ping pong tables, shuffleboard, and foosball table will be available to our guests! Dunes Village Resort also has a concierge desk to assist you with planning all of your Myrtle Beach fun activities!!

This beautifully renovated beach house has been converted to a duplex. Guests will enjoy two separate living areas; one upstairs apartment, and one downstairs. Each of these areas have their own private entrance. This property has been 100% remodeled from floor to ceiling and features new flooring, new roof, new bathrooms, toilets, new appliances, fresh paint, new furniture, a private pool, putting green, fire pit, and SO much more!

Unit A is the downstairs apartment that features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, oversized kitchen, living room, full kitchen, brand new full size appliances (2022), and enough bedding to accommodate 10 guests!

The layout for unit A is as follows:

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a queen bed and is perfect for 1-2 guests. There are multiple windows for natural lighting, night stands, small closet for storage, and access to an apartment-size bathroom. This is considered the master bedroom! The master bathroom features a stand up shower, toilet, sink, and mirror.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a queen bed and is perfect for 1-2 guests. There are multiple windows for natural lighting, and a small night stand.

Bedroom 3: The 3rd bedroom features a bunk bed with 2 full size bunks and is perfect for 2-4 guests. There is also another bed underneath the bunk bed. The trundle bed will accommodate 1-2 guests. There is a window for natural light. There is also an accent chair that converts to a twin size pull out bed that will comfortably accommodate 1 guest.

In between the bedrooms guests will have access to a full size bathroom with a stand up shower, toilet, vanity, sink, and mirror.

Living Room: Guests will enter apartment A into the living room area. The living area is the perfect area to relax and hang out. The living room is furnished with a sofa that converts to a sleeper sofa, accent chair, coffee table, and TV. The accent chair converts to a twin size pull out bed that will comfortably accommodate 1 guest.

Moving straight ahead you will find the kitchen. The kitchen offers brand new, full size appliances as of Winter 2022, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. Just behind the kitchen is the dining area. This area features a large table with chairs perfect for enjoying a family meal. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the home. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.

Guests will also be able to use the back door in this apartment that will lead directly out to the deck, pool, putting green, and recreational area.

Heading upstairs to apartment B, guests will enjoy a layout that is almost identical to apartment A.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a queen bed and is perfect for 1-2 guests. There are multiple windows for natural lighting, and a small night stand.

In between the bedrooms guests will have access to a full size bathroom with a stand up shower, toilet, vanity, sink, and mirror.

Living Room: Guests will enter the house into the living room area. The living area is the perfect area to relax and hang out. The living room is furnished with a sofa that converts to a sleeper sofa, accent chair, coffee table, and TV. The accent chair converts to a twin size pull out bed that will comfortably accommodate 1 guest.

Guests of this house will be able to enjoy incredible amenities at the house. To start, the home features an oversized deck furnished with an outdoor gas grill, patio furniture, private pool, pool chairs, putting green with 4 practice holes, soft astroturf throughout the backyard. Guests will have access to an oversized parking lot/driveway directly in front of the house. As of January 2025, the private pool has been converted to a salt water pool 🙂

Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 towels, 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bath mat, soap shampoo, lotion, and conditioner per bathroom. Bedding, pillows, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay are included. We will also provide basic “starter toiletries” that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!

Guests are allowed to bring a max of 2 pets. Only dogs or cats are allowed. There is a 1-time pet fee of $250. When making your reservation, please select ‘1 Pet’ even if you plan to bring two pets. This is because the $250 fee is a flat charge and does not depend on the number of pets accompanying you. Choosing ‘1 Pet’ will ensure that the correct fee is applied to your booking. There are no size or breed restrictions. Pets are not permitted on the living room furniture. All pets must be crated when the guest leaves and the pets are left inside the home, unattended. Maintenance or housekeeping will not enter the property to perform services if pets are not crated. Failure to comply with the pet policy or house rules may result in additional charges, or even eviction.

This beach house is in a prime location in North Myrtle Beach. Guests are only a short drive to central Myrtle Beach, Little River, Wilmington, and Murrells Inlet. Guests love location and proximity to the beach, shopping, dining, live music, and so much more. This property is also only 5 blocks from the beach; a short walk or golf cart ride!

Guests should be aware that the house consists of an upstairs apartment and a downstairs apartment, and they are not connected internally. Guests will access each apartment from the outside. We will see you soon!

It’s important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 21 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 21 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 21 are at risk for potential fines and eviction.

Guests will have access to an oversized parking lot/driveway directly in front of the house. Please keep in mind that these outdoor amenities are shared with guests who may be renting the upper portion of the duplex. Guests should be considerate of each other and the shared space; no loud, overbearing music, no parties, no profanity, etc. Guests should try to limit their time when using the fire pit, grill, and putting green so that other guests may have a turn.

The backyard includes a shared pool with lounge chairs, a putting green with four practice holes, and soft turf throughout for a clean, inviting feel. An oversized parking area is conveniently located directly in front of the house. Please note that all outdoor amenities are shared with guests staying in the other unit of the duplex. We kindly ask everyone to be respectful of the shared spaces by keeping noise levels low, avoiding parties or loud music, and limiting time at the fire pit, grill, and putting green so all guests have the opportunity to enjoy them.
To make your stay easy and comfortable, we encourage you to pack light. We provide eight bath towels, eight washcloths, one hand towel, and one bath mat, along with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion in each bathroom. Bedding, pillows, and linens are all included, as well as basic starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and other essentials.
We welcome up to two pets (dogs or cats only) with a one-time $250 pet fee. When booking, please select “1 Pet” even if bringing two, as the fee is a flat rate and does not vary by number of pets. There are no breed or size restrictions; however, pets are not allowed on living room furniture and must be crated if left unattended in the home. Maintenance or housekeeping will not enter the property if pets are not secured. Failure to follow the pet policy or house rules may result in additional charges or possible eviction.

This location offers a break from the tourists and traffic, but is only 10 minutes to downtown Myrtle Beach, and only 2 miles to the ocean! This property is fully furnished with one king bed, two sleeper sofa’s, and will accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably!

Space

Completely remodeled in 2025, this rental has undergone an impressive transformation. From top to bottom, no detail was overlooked. Brand-new flooring has been installed throughout, and the walls have been freshly painted, giving the space a bright, modern feel. Both the half bath and master bathroom were thoughtfully updated with stylish new mirrors and toilets, while the tub has been expertly resurfaced. A brand-new washer and dryer are now available for your convenience, and the home is furnished with all-new pieces, adding a fresh, contemporary touch to every room!

Upon entry guests will notice the master suite. This bedroom is fully furnished with 1 brand new king bed with dream cloud mattress, two nightstands on either side of the bed with lamps, large dresser and closet for storage. Guests will love the vaulted ceilings, skylight and large space this room offers. From the master bedroom you can access the jack-and-jill style bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower combos, vanity, and mirror.

Across the hall guest will find the half bath. This bathroom offers perfect access for convenience from kitchen and living room.

Beyond the hall is the kitchen. This beautiful kitchen offers full size appliances, stove and convection oven that can also air fry, a new fridge, dishwasher, microwave, dual Keurig, plentiful cabinets with lots of storage space, a pantry and a breakfast bar that can seat up to 3 guests!. For guest who prefer to eat out there are many dining options within a short ride from the condo. Many restaurants in the area offer delivery. Myrtle Beach and Surfside also offer food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash.

Just off from the kitchen is the spacious living room. The living room features a two new sofa’s that both convert to beds with upgraded memory foam mattresses and mattress toppers, a large flat screen TV, end table, coffee table, small table and chairs, two wardrobes for clothing storage, and access to the balcony. The balcony offers great views of the gated pool, palm trees and family grilling area. Also located on the balcony guest will find access to the laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic “starter toiletries” that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests can expect to arrive to 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom, as well as all linens and bedding. Additionally, our guests will have access to basic cable and wi-fi!

It’s important to note that guests will have access to two parking spaces. One vehicle can be parked in the lot assigned for the building, and the other can be parked in the overflow lot. Trailers, oversized vehicles, motorcycles, boats, are not permitted. Golf carts, mopeds, and bikes are permitted, but count as 1 parking space.

This is not a pet friendly rental! Guests found to have brought a pet with them during their stay are at risk of being fined or evicted.

Pest control takes place on a routine basis, taking place on the 3rd Thursday each month. The HOA requires access to the property for routine pest control. Denying access to the vendor could result in a fine of up to $150.
