Dogs are welcome so your furry family members can join the adventure, though we kindly ask that pets weigh 50 pounds or less. Please note that cats are not permitted. The home features updated bedrooms and a newly renovated patio, offering comfortable spaces to relax after a day at the beach. Space

Guests enter the home on the first living level, just above the carport, where you are welcomed into the spacious kitchen. This chef-friendly space features full-size appliances, including a French door refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, along with plenty of counter space for meal prep.
Whether you’re cooking breakfast before the beach or enjoying dinner at home, the kitchen has everything you need. Prefer to dine out? Several great restaurants are within walking distance, with many more just a short drive away. Delivery options like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates are also available. The home also offers free Wi-Fi and Smart TVs, so you can easily stream your favorite shows and stay connected during your stay. The kitchen peninsula offers seating for four, while the nearby dining table provides seating for six and connects the kitchen to the living room.

The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating with a sofa, loveseat, and two accent chairs arranged around a large wall mounted TV. It is the perfect place to relax after a full day at the beach. Behind the sofa, an entertainment console is stocked with board games and activities for family fun. Sliding glass doors from the living room open to one of the home’s balconies where you can step outside and enjoy the coastal breeze.

Also on the first level is one of the bedrooms, which is ideal for kids or friends traveling together. This room features a full sized bed with a twin trundle underneath, a wall mounted TV, an end table with a lamp, and a wardrobe for clothing storage. A convenient half bath is attached to this room and includes a sink with cabinet storage, mirror, and toilet.

The laundry room is also located on this level and includes a washer and dryer so guests can easily freshen up clothes or beach towels during their stay.

Upstairs, guests will find the remaining bedrooms. Bedroom two features a king sized bed with end tables, a wall mounted flat screen TV, a closet for storage, and a private bathroom with a shower and tub combination, sink, mirror, and toilet.

Bedroom three features a queen-size bed, end table with lamp, dresser for storage, closet, and a wall-mounted TV. This room shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with bedroom four. The bathroom includes a vanity sink with mirror, toilet, and a shower/tub combination.

Bedroom four offers another queen sized bed with two end tables, a dresser, a mirrored closet for additional storage, and a wall mounted flat screen TV.

Bedroom five is the primary suite. This spacious room features a king sized bed with matching end tables, a large dresser with a wall mounted TV above, and two chairs that provide a cozy seating area. Sliding glass doors open to the second level balcony. The private ensuite bathroom includes a tiled walk in shower, sink with vanity, mirror, and toilet.

Outside is where even more vacation fun begins! The home features a private swimming pool that guests can enjoy throughout their stay. The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee of $45 per night. Please note that at least 72 hours notice is required to allow enough time for the pool to reach the desired temperature. We may be able to heat the pool on shorter notice; please inquire!

Dog owners will appreciate being able to bring their furry friends along! When making your reservation, please select one pet even if you plan to bring two, as the pet fee is a flat charge and does not depend on the number of pets. We ask that pets not be allowed on furniture and that they be crated when you are away from the home. This helps protect the property and ensures the safety of vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel who may need to access the home. Please also be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid any potential fines.

If you are looking to explore the area, the home is located near many of the Grand Strand’s favorite attractions. This ocean view condo is perfect for a large family, or a large group who is looking to stay in the same apartment! This unit will comfortably accommodate a total of 14 guests!

Space

Upon arrival, guests will enter into a foyer! Right off the foyer guests will find one of the guest bathrooms. This bathroom features a tub/ shower combo, vanity, toilet, and large mirror!

As you make your way through the condo, there are a total of 5 bedrooms. Each bedroom features its own dresser, and full-size bathroom. In addition, each bedroom has a TV. The bedroom layouts and bed sizes are as follows:

Bedroom 1: This bedroom is located on the first floor and features two queen beds, ceiling fan, windows for natural light, dresser, TV, and access to the private bathroom. This bathroom features a tub, stand up shower, vanity and toilet.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom is located to the right at the top of the steps and features two queen beds, ceiling fan, window for natural light, closet and dresser for storage, TV, and access to the bathroom from in the unit and from the hall. This bathroom features a tub/ shower combo, toilet, and vanity!

Bedroom 3: This bedroom is located to the right at the top of the steps and features 2 twin beds, closet and dresser for storage, ceiling fan, window for natural light, and TV.

Bedroom 4: This bedroom is located to the left at the top of the stairs and features one full size bed, a linen closet, access to the private ocean view balcony, and access to the private bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/ shower combo, toilet, and vanity.

Bedroom 5: This bedroom is located to the left at the top of the stairs and features a full size bed, a linen closet, access to the private ocean view balcony, and access to the bathroom. This bathroom can be accessed from inside the unit or from the hall, and features a tub, stand up shower, toilet, and vanity.

Right past the first bedroom on the main level is the the oversized kitchen. The kitchen features two dining tables, as well as several dining chairs and bar stools. Our guests will enjoy full sized appliances, oversized counter space with granite countertops, and plenty of cabinetry stocked with all basic cookware and kitchen necessities. One of the main focal points of the kitchen is the multiple oversized fridges / freezers. It’s massive and perfect for all food and beverages to accommodate a family or group of 14 guests! The kitchen also features a stove, oven, dishwasher, mounted microwave, double compartment sink, coffee maker and much more!

Just off the kitchen is the main living area featuring a multitude of seating for several guests. The living room is fully furnished and offers multiple couches, a coffee table, accent chairs, a large TV and TV stand, and access to the private ocean view balcony. While the view is restricted by other buildings, the ocean is still visible from the balcony!

Moving to the second floor guests will find a second living area! This area features a large sectional and TV! The laundry area can also be found on the second floor and features a full sized washer and dryer. Guests will love the convenience of being able to do their laundry in the comfort of the condo!

All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation.

Cherry Grove Villas is a small, ocean view complex located across the street from the ocean. The complex features a small outdoor pool, hot tub, and free parking. Guests love being able to walk across the street and access the beach without having to drive anywhere! We offer free wifi and TV.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Should any smoking occur, there may be fees and or immediate removal from the property. Cherry Grove Villas does not allow boats, trailers, motorcycles, or golf carts.

This room is perfect for four guests and provides a comfortable place to unwind after a day on the beach.

Centrally located, the kitchen and laundry area make longer stays feel effortless. The stackable washer and dryer are a huge convenience for families and groups. The kitchen is spacious and open, and cooking while watching the waves is always a treat. The bedroom layouts are as follows:

Bedroom 1: This bedroom is considered one of the guest bedrooms, and features two full size beds, large flatscreen TV, nightstand between the beds, dresser for storage, and ceiling fan. Just outside this bedroom guests will find one of the 3 bathrooms. This bathroom features a standing shower, vanity, toilet, and sink.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom is considered the master, and features a king size bed, ceiling fan, large flatscreen TV, dresser and closet for storage, access to the private oversized balcony, and access to the ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a standing shower, vanity, toilet and sink.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom is considered the other guest bedroom, and features two full size beds, nightstand between the beds, small dresser and closet for storage, flatscreen TV, window for natural light, ceiling fan, and access to the private ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, toilet, and sink.

Making our way through the apartment, guests will find the fully-stocked kitchen centrally located in the apartment. The kitchen features plentiful counter space and cabinetry, island with bar stools, coffee bar area, double compartment sink, full size stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and mounted microwave. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, coffee maker, cookware, cooking utensils, and much more! Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options, many of which are within a short walk or drive from the Holiday Towers. Many restaurants in the area offer delivery, but if not, guests can rely on food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash.

Entering into the living area and dining room area, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! This floor plan is open and spacious, and features some of the most spectacular views of the Atlantic ocean. The 15th floor/ penthouse offers the most breathtaking views! The living room offers a sofa, large wall mounted TV above the LED fireplace, accent chairs, large table and chairs, stunning decor, and access to the oversized, private ocean view balcony.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic “starter toiletries” that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Additionally, our guests will have access to basic resort cable and wi-fi.

Holiday Towers Resort offers a private pool and tennis court for guests to enjoy! Centrally located, just a short walk to the beach, and easy access to all the shopping, dining, and entertainment the Grand Strand has to offer!

Please note the minimum age to book this unit is 25 years of age or older, and the maximum amount of guests allowed in the unit is 9! Any guest who books under the minimum age and any guests exceeding the maximum amount of guests will be fined and or evicted from the property per HOA policy. There is a ring camera on the front door and this unit is monitored by the HOA and ring camera!

Welcome to this first floor, newly renovated, large efficiency condo at Cypress Bay in Little River, SC, perfect for your next vacation or business trip. This condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, sleeps up to two guests in a queen bed and has a separate office area with desk, and also a large, screened porch overlooking green space for relaxation. Enjoy the portable projector and screen for entertainment or work purposes. There is a community pool and hot tub and parking is free and right in front of the unit. With so many entertainment attractions, dining options and golf courses in the area, there will always be something to do.

Space

Little River is a quaint fishing village close to the intracoastal waterway – about ten to fifteen minutes from the North Myrtle Beach and Cherry Grove beaches, and 25 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Little River is known for its World Famous Blue Crab
Festival (May each year) with lots of seafood, music, and arts and crafts, and the Little River ShrimpFest held each year in October.
