As of Winter 2022, the homeowner has made several updates to the property! Those updates include new flooring throughout, fresh paint throughout, new baseboards, updated bedding in the guest bedroom, new table with chairs, new coffee table, new accent chairs, and a new TV stand. The condo is fully furnished, and the layout will accommodate 8 guests.

Space

Upon arrival, guests will enter into a hallway. Unlike many rentals in town, you do not have to walk through the bedroom to get in and out of the condo! Continuing down the hallway, there are 2 separate bedrooms that our guests will have access to. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, dresser for storage, closet, access to the balcony, cable TV, and access to the master bathroom. The master bathroom features a tub/shower, vanity, mirror, and toilet.

The guest bedroom offers 2 full-size beds with updated bedding, a dresser, a closet for storage, and a TV with cable.

The second bathroom is also full size and features a tub/shower, vanity, mirror, and toilet.

Entering into the living room, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! The living room is open and spacious and features a nice view of the ocean. The 5th floor is a great floor; not too high, not too low! The living room offers a new dining table and chairs, 2 new accent chairs, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, new coffee table, new TV stand, cable TV, and access to the private balcony.

The kitchen area is located just off of the living room. The kitchen features full-size appliances, a fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, granite countertops, plentiful cabinet space for storage, kitchen sink, and so much more. The kitchen is stocked with all basic cooking necessities (pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, etc).

Recently, the carpet was removed and new, laminate flooring was installed throughout the condo!
Pack light! Per bathroom, we provide our guests with 8 bath towels, 8 washcloths, soap shampoo, lotion, conditioner, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic “starter toiletries” that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more! Guests will also have access to a washer and dryer inside the condo.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi.

Our guests will have access to several amenities at the resort. To start, you will be able to enjoy multiple outdoor pools, an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and an outdoor lazy river. Guests will also have access to an exercise room, laundry facilities, arcade, racquetball court, free wireless internet, free parking, and free beach access. This condo is literally just a few steps to the beach!

Beach Colony is a PRIME location along the Golden Mile of Myrtle Beach. The resort is also in close proximity to Broadway at the Beach, convention center, and just a short drive to the Boardwalk and SkyWheel. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini-golf, go-karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.

The condo is fully furnished and the layout will accommodate 6 guests. Upon arrival, guests will enter into a hallway. Unlike many 1-bedroom rentals in town, you do not have to walk through the bedroom to get in and out of the condo! Directly to the right is where the full bathroom is located. The bathroom features a tub, shower, vanity, oversized mirror, and toilet. The water heater and AC unit are located in the utility closet within the bathroom. Continuing down the hallway, the bedroom is also located on the right side of the apartment. The bedroom features 2 queen beds, closet and dresser for storage, nightstand, cable TV, shutter-style windows that open into the living area, and a bedroom door for privacy. Entering into the living room, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! The living room is open and spacious, and features endless, panoramic views of the ocean. The 4th floor offers such great views; not too high, not too low! The living room offers a dining table and chairs, 2 accent chairs, queen-sized sleeper sofa, cable TV, and access to the private balcony. The kitchen area is also located in the living area as well. The kitchenette features full-size appliances, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, plentiful cabinet space for storage, kitchen sink, and so much more. In the Summer of 2020, the floors in the hallway, kitchen, and living area were completely redone. The carpet was removed and new, laminate flooring was installed!

This will mean that there are only approximately 50 parking spaces available in the parking garage for 5 to 10 days. Please make arrangements to inform your guests and rental companies immediately of this inconvenience. We are confident that you are going to love this rental and the location. This absolutely incredible, beautifully renovated suite located at the extremely popular Caribbean Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC is fully furnished with everything you need! This 20th floor 2-bedroom condo has 1 king sized bed, 2 queen sized beds, and will comfortably accommodate 6 guests!

Space

As of Spring 2023, this apartment has been completely renovated and features some truly beautiful updates. We could not be more excited to share them with you! To start, all new LVP flooring was installed throughout the main living space. All new coastal decor was placed throughout. The entire unit was also repainted with modern and welcoming colors! As you walk into the condo, a stunning shiplap accent wall was installed! In the kitchen, all new stainless-steel appliances were put in, along with beautiful granite counter tops, and a new subway style backsplash. We guarantee you are going to love it!

Guests will enter the condo into the main living space. The layout is open and spacious allowing for guests to be able to see the stunning panoramic views from anywhere in this main space! To the left of the entry door guests will find the kitchen. The kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances, fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, mounted microwave, fridge, coffee pot, toaster, new beautiful granite countertops, new tile backsplash, and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the Caribbean. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options. Just past the kitchen behind the accordion style doors is the stackable washer and dryer! Guests will love the convenience of being able to do their laundry in the comfort of the condo!

Moving right along is the dining area which is centrally located between the kitchen and the living space! The dining area has a table with enough seating to accommodate 6 guests!

Straight past the dining table is the living space! This is by far the most relaxing part of the entire condo! This area features endless views of the Atlantic Ocean through the large, extended sliding glass doors. The living area offers a large sofa, accent chair, coffee table, large wall mounted TV, commercial blackout curtains, beautiful decor, and access to the ocean view balcony.

Moving down the hall past the kitchen, guests will find the bedrooms and bathrooms! To the right you will find the guest bedroom. This bedroom features two queen sized beds, three nightstands, a dresser and closet for storage, wall mounted TV, and access to the guest bathroom just outside the room. This bathroom features a tub/ shower combo, vanity, large mirror, hair dyer, and toilet.

To the left is the master bedroom. This bedroom features a king-sized bed, two nightstands, a dresser and closet for storage, wall mounted TV, and access to the ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, mirror, hair dryer, and toilet.

The Caribbean Resort is located on the northern end of the downtown Myrtle Beach area – close to Broadway at the Beach, The Myrtle Beach Convention Center, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, The Sky Wheel, and next door to the award-winning Sea Captain’s restaurant.

While our guests will have access to the waterpark (located between the resort and Sea Captain’s House), oceanfront pool, lazy river, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, indoor pool deck, indoor kiddie pool, fitness center, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the Tiki Bar, meeting room on the 2nd floor, spa on the 3rd floor, guest laundry and game rooms on the 5th floor, and the pool at the Chelsea House. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

This resort is a short drive from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. Everything in this condo is practically brand new! Guests will enjoy access to the private ocean view balcony furnished with brand new balcony furniture to relax and enjoy the sunset.

No expense was spared during this renovation. Out with the old in with the new! The kitchen is located right off the main living space and has been completely renovated to showcase a much more modern look. This space features new oversized granite countertops, new full sized stainless steel appliances, new tile backsplash, new light fixture, and new cabinet doors. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. The cabinets have been stocked with new dishes and cookware making it very easy for guests to cook a meal or small snack. Check out this homey 1 bedroom oceanfront condo, tucked away on the 7th floor of the Carolinian Resort. It’s furnished with two full-sized beds and a sleeper sofa, so it can comfortably sleep up to six guests, making it a great spot for a family vacation or a beachy escape with friends.

Space

As you walk in, you’ll come down the hallway and quickly spot the bedroom. It’s set up with two cozy full-sized beds, two dressers, and a private closet, giving you plenty of space to unpack and settle in. There’s an end table between the beds, a TV for winding down at night, and a window that lets in a nice bit of natural light.

Right next to the bedroom is the bathroom. It’s got a roomy shower and tub combo, a large vanity sink with an oversized mirror, and some open shelving so you can keep your things organized. There’s also a standard toilet and lots of counter space to spread out your essentials.

Keep going a little further and you’ll walk into the kitchen, which feels super spacious and has everything you need if you feel like cooking. There’s tons of counter space, lots of cabinets for storage, and all full-sized appliances. That includes a stove and oven, a mounted microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a double sink.

Just off the kitchen is the living room, which opens up with a sliding glass door leading to your private oceanfront balcony. It brings in a ton of sunlight and is the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the view. In the living room, there’s a comfy sleeper sofa, an accent chair, a coffee table, and an entertainment stand with a flat-screen TV. There’s also a dining table that seats four, and if you need more space, there’s extra seating at the breakfast bar between the kitchen and living area.

One of the things guests really love is the convenience of having a washer and dryer right in the condo. It’s stacked neatly in the hallway and makes doing laundry super easy, especially if you’re trying to pack light or clean up before heading home.

Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 towels, 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bath mat, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner per bathroom. Bedding, pillows, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay are included. We will also provide basic “starter toiletries” that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, and more!

Space

As of Spring 2023 this vacation rental has been completely renovated and features some truly luxurious updates. We couldn’t be more excited to share them with you! To start, all carpeting was removed and LVP flooring was installed throughout. New baseboards were installed and the entire unit was repainted with modern and welcoming colors! Guests will enjoy multiple rock walls with LED fireplaces, and new flat screen TV’s that sit directly above. Guests will also love the newly installed arcade game and board games as of Winter 2023!

In the bedroom, guests will be pleased to find the oversized living space. The bedroom has been completed renovated and features the most incredible updates. Upon entering the bedroom, guests will be surprised to find an Alaskan stone wall that features a built-in, color changing, LED fireplace. Relax on bed after a long day at the beach and enjoy a colorful fireplace backdrop! Directly above the fireplace, guests will enjoy a newly installed smart TV. The bedroom features a brand new king-size bed frame, mattress, and headboard. A custom surfboard and other accents have been installed as well! Guests will have access to bedside nightstands and lamps, along with a spacious closet for storage. Beside the bed, a brand new love seat was installed. The love seat converts to a twin-size sleeper sofa and is perfect for an additional guest. Guests will enjoy natural light from the bedroom window!

The full size bathroom is located just off from the bedroom. This space can be accessed from both the hallway, as well as the bedroom. The bathroom features a vanity and mirror, toilet, oversized tub, shower, and more. Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic “starter toiletries” that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Centrally located in the condo, guests will find an oversized kitchen that features some incredible updates. To start, a custom, colorful backsplash was installed; super fun and unique! A new stainless steel appliance package was installed, and all appliances are brand new as of March 2023. Our guests will enjoy beautiful granite counter tops, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and plenty of storage space. The new, white cabinets complement the modern colors in the kitchen tremendously. The kitchen cabinets are fully stocked as we provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the Carolinian Resort. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options. Other kitchen features include a new light fixture, Keurig, and more!

Making our way into the living room, our guests will be blown away by the breathtaking views! The living area is truly the most relaxing space of the entire condo! Our guests will enjoy a brand new, queen-size sleeper sofa and accent chair. New lamps, end tables, and coffee table has been installed! One of the focal points of the living room is the oversized stone fireplace wall that features a 60 inch, LED color-changing fireplace! Yes, you read that correct! This condo features two gorgeous Alaskan stone walls and LED fireplaces. A new smart TV is mounted above the fireplace. Just beside the fireplace, a large dining table and stools are installed. For additional seating, guests will have access to a couple of bar stools at the kitchen counter. Just behind the dining table guests will find the newly installed arcade game and board games to enjoy! The beautiful decor and color scheme really help tie this room together! Stepping out onto the balcony, this condo offers panoramic, oceanfront view of the Atlantic. Many of our guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and several guests have sent us photos of the most magical sunset you can imagine. As of 2023, brand new balcony chairs have been installed.

Centrally located in the apartment, guests will access a utility closet that features a full-size, stackable laundry center. Guests love the convenience of being able to wash their clothing right in the comfort of the vacation rental! Additionally, our guests will have access to basic resort cable and wi-fi.
