This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units in the community are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn’t feel cramped. This 2-bedroom apartment is nestled in the Myrtlewood golf course community, along the intracoastal waterway, and is about a 5-minute drive to the beach! It’s a perfect location for golfers, or a couple or family who would prefer a quieter setting for their vacation.

Upon entering, guests will find one of the two bedrooms on the right side of the apartment. The bedroom features two twin size beds, closet and dresser for storage, window for natural light, wall mounted TV, and access to the bathroom. The full-size bathroom features a standard shower/tub, toilet, and vanity.

The kitchen is very spacious and is one of the features that separate this unit from many other resorts and rentals. Very few apartments offer an oversized kitchen like this! We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family. This listing also features a full-size dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, and stove, as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. All appliances are stainless steel.

Moving past the kitchen is the dining area and main living area. The dining area features a table with enough seating to comfortable fit 6! The living area is the most comfortable area of the apartment. Magnolia Place is a centrally located complex in Myrtle Beach, SC around 48th Avenue. This community is only 3-4 miles from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. There are various restaurants that just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of shopping options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking.

This building at Magnolia Place does not have elevators! Guests will need to use the stairs to get to and from the condo.

Please be advised that a $600 fee will be applied if there is any evidence of smoking in the property following your departure. We recognize this is a significant charge; however, it is necessary to protect the health and well-being of the homeowners, who have a severe smoke allergy and have generously opened their home to guests. Our guests do not have access to any of the pools in the community.

It’s important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 25 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 25 are at risk for potential fines and eviction.

Tucked into the corner is a dining table with seating for four, ideal for shared meals, morning coffee, or a fun family game night.

Just beyond the living area is the full kitchen, complete with beautiful granite countertops and abundant cabinet space both above and below. Full sized appliances include a stove and oven, mounted microwave, sink, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and all the basic necessities you need to prepare meals at home. If you prefer dining out, you will find plenty of restaurants within a short walk or drive from the Landmark, and food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash are widely available.

Across from the kitchen is the uniquely designed bathroom, offering added privacy and functionality. Upon entering, you will find a granite vanity countertop with sink and a large mirror that spans the wall. A toilet and small cabinet are also located in this space. A separate door divides the sink and toilet area from the shower and tub combination, making it easy for multiple guests to get ready comfortably.

Further down the hall is the bedroom, furnished with a queen sized bed and a Murphy wall bed, allowing the room to comfortably sleep up to four guests. Across from the beds is a large dresser with ample storage for clothing and personal items. The bedroom also provides direct access to the private oceanfront balcony, where you can wake up to the sound of crashing waves. Step outside to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine while taking in the stunning view.

The Landmark Resort is known for its wide array of amenities, making it a guest favorite year after year. You will have access to indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, a laundry facility, arcade, and more. Whether you are floating along the lazy river, relaxing poolside, or enjoying a soak in the hot tub, there is something for everyone. Complimentary resort cable and Wi Fi are also included for your convenience.

While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

As of Spring 2023, this vacation rental has been completely renovated with breathtaking updates we’re excited to share! All carpeting was removed and replaced with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. New baseboards were installed, and the entire unit was repainted in modern, welcoming colors. Guests will love the color-changing LED fireplace and new flat-screen smart TV mounted directly above.

A brand-new custom king-size bed frame, headboard, and mattress were added, along with a new full-size sleeper sofa, dressers, pub table and bar stools, artwork, custom lighting, and plants. Everything in this condo is practically brand new! Whether relaxing on the sofa by the fire or enjoying the private oceanfront balcony furnished with new chairs, guests will find plenty of cozy spots to unwind.

No expense was spared during this renovation—out with the old, in with the new! The kitchen, located just off the main living space, has been completely upgraded to showcase a modern look. It features all-new white cabinets, granite countertops, a kitchen island with bar stools, and stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and sink. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. While coffee is not available in the lobby, guests will have everything they need in the condo to make both hot and iced coffee. The island seating area also includes a multi-outlet/USB port unit, making it the perfect workstation if needed.

For those who prefer dining out, several restaurants are within a short walk or drive from the Landmark. Delivery options such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates are also popular. A Walmart recently opened just a couple of blocks away, making it easy to stock the cabinets and fridge with food and snacks. The unit also offers microwave-safe cookware, making reheating leftovers a breeze.

Just behind the kitchen, you’ll find the bathroom, featuring a toilet, vanity, and shower/tub combo. A new makeup mirror was added nearby, along with a full-length mirror, stool, and counter area with an AC plug—an ideal spot to get ready while freeing up the bathroom for others.
