This newly renovated, direct oceanfront 1-bedroom suite is located on the 5th floor of the Meridian Plaza Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. Conveniently close to everything along the Grand Strand, the Meridian is the perfect place to stay.

This one-bedroom apartment has several unique features. Guests will enjoy 2 full-size beds in the bedroom, 1 full bathroom, an oceanfront living room with endless views, a full kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, and so much more.

Space

The private oceanfront balcony is the highlight of this condo, offering spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Guests will not want to miss the sunrises and sunsets. From this 5th-floor perch, you can even see the 2nd Avenue Pier and miles of breathtaking coastline.

As of April 2024, the condo underwent major renovations. The entire unit was repainted in warm, welcoming colors, and new LVP flooring was installed throughout. In the living room, a rock accent wall was added with an LED fireplace and a mounted smart TV above it. Guests will love relaxing on the sofa by the fire while taking in the oceanfront views. The kitchen now features new cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. All-new furniture and décor were also installed throughout the condo, creating a fresh, inviting space.

The bedroom is located at the front of the condo and features 2 full-size beds, a new smart TV, a dresser, and a closet for storage.

Just past the bedroom is the bathroom, situated between the bedroom and the living room. It includes a double vanity with sinks, a tub/shower combo, a toilet, an oversized mirror, and cabinet space.

The kitchen and living area are located on the oceanfront side of the unit. The kitchen features new, full-size stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator with freezer, stove and oven, dishwasher, and sink. Guests will also find a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Basic cookware, utensils, dishes, and cups are all provided.

The living room is the perfect space to relax, with a new sofa that converts to a bed, accent chairs, a smart TV, a coffee table, and a dining table with chairs. The rock accent wall with the LED fireplace adds charm, while the beachy décor and direct access to the private balcony make this space truly special.

The Meridian Resort offers one indoor and one outdoor pool, as well as one indoor and one outdoor hot tub. Onsite laundry facilities are also available to guests.

Those words could not be truer when describing this beautifully updated 3-bedroom beach house located in North Myrtle Beach, SC. “Memory at the Sea” is located right in the middle of North Myrtle Beach making it the prime vacation rental location! This house is a short ride to many restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The beach house neighbors so many attractions! These attractions are within a 10-minute drive of the property. Guests will also love being just steps away from the beach!

This stunning raised beach house features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, covered front porch, living room, full kitchen, full size appliances, full size washer and dryer, and enough bedding to accommodate up to 12 guests!

There are 3 spacious bedrooms inside the home. The layouts are as follows!

Bedroom 1: This bedroom is located on the first floor! It features a king bed, window for natural light, two nightstands, closet for storage, and access to the en-suite bathroom. This bathroom features a standing shower with glass doors, vanity, and toilet!

Bedroom 2: This bedroom is located upstairs and features two queen-sized beds, window for natural lighting, 2 nightstands, and closet for storage.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom is located upstairs and features two queen-sized beds, windows for natural light, closet for storage, nightstand, and access to the en-suite bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/ shower combo, one sink vanity, mirror, and toilet.

Living Room: Just as you walk into the house, guests will enter into the living area. This is a perfect area to relax and hang out. The living room is furnished with two sofas that both convert to queen size beds, large wall mounted flat screen TV, TV stand, wood burning fireplace, access to the half bath, and access to the covered ocean view porch!

Just off from the living space, guests will have access to a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen offers full size appliances, fridge, stove, oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short ride from the house. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options. Guests will enjoy a full-size dining room table with enough seating to accommodate up to 8 guests!

Guests will also find the laundry room in this area with a full-size washer and dryer and shelving above to hang your non dryer items! Guests will love the convenience of being able to do their laundry right in the rental house!

Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 towels, 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bathmat, soap shampoo, lotion, and conditioner per bathroom. Bedding, pillows, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay are included. We will also provide basic “starter toiletries” that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!

Guests are allowed to bring a max of 2 pets. Only dogs or cats are allowed. There is a 1-time pet fee of $250. When making your reservation, please select ‘1 Pet’ even if you plan to bring two pets. This is because the $250 fee is a flat charge and does not depend on the number of pets accompanying you. Choosing ‘1 Pet’ will ensure that the correct fee is applied to your booking. There are no size or breed restrictions. Pets are not permitted on the living room furniture. All pets must be crated when the guest leaves and the pets are left inside the home, unattended. Maintenance or housekeeping will not enter the property to perform services if pets are not crated. Failure to comply with the pet policy or house rules may result in additional charges, or even eviction.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

The cabinets offer plentiful storage space and are fully stocked with all basic cookware and kitchen necessities. All cookware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, knives, and glassware will be provided. We will also provide a coffee maker. The breakfast bar features two barstools and makes for a great place to eat a quick meal.

Across from the kitchen, guests will find the first bedroom. This space is considered the guest bedroom and features 2 queen beds, cable TV, dresser, closet for storage, window for natural light, ceiling fan, and access to the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom features a double vanity sink, tub, shower, and toilet. The washer and dryer are located in this area as well.

Entering the living room, guests will be amazed by the luxury furnishings and upscale décor. This area is, by far, the most relaxing space in the apartment. The living area features a sofa that converts to a sleeper sofa, accent chairs, gas fireplace, large TV, ceiling fan, small table and chairs, luxury blackout curtains, and access to the private balcony. The oversized balcony offers views of the intercoastal waterway, terrace, and marina. Our guests truly enjoy relaxing on the balcony and watching boats come and go. Above all, the sunset from this unit is absolutely gorgeous.

The last room in the condo is the master suite. This bedroom features a king-size bed, dresser, closet for storage, TV with basic cable, ceiling fan, access to the private balcony, and it’s own private bathroom. Yes, you read correctly! This condo offers 2 private balconies; one in the living room, and the second is located in the master bedroom. The oversized master bathroom features double sink vanity, oversized mirror, tub, toilet, and a walk-in shower. Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic “starter toiletries” that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, dishwasher pods, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. We provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.

Upon arrival, guests enter through a small hallway that leads into the main living spaces and four private bedrooms. Each bedroom is thoughtfully laid out to provide comfort, storage, and privacy.

Bedroom 1 features two double beds, a closet, dresser, TV, overhead lighting with a ceiling fan, and access to a private bathroom. The window brings in wonderful natural light. The attached bathroom includes a shower and tub combination, toilet, vanity with sink, and an oversized mirror.

Bedroom 2 offers two queen beds, a closet, dresser, TV, overhead lighting with a ceiling fan, and access to its own private bathroom. This bathroom also includes a shower and tub combination, toilet, vanity with sink, and an oversized mirror.

Bedroom 4 is the primary suite and is located on the ocean side of the condo. This spacious room features a king bed, closet, dresser, TV, overhead lighting with a ceiling fan, and direct access to the oceanfront balcony. The private bathroom includes a stand up shower, separate tub, toilet, double vanity with two sinks, and an oversized mirror.

The centrally located kitchen is designed with both function and gathering in mind. It features granite countertops and full size stainless steel appliances including a side by side refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Guests will enjoy plentiful cabinet space stocked with basic kitchenware, cooking utensils, cutlery, and glassware, making it easy to prepare meals for the entire group.

Just off the kitchen is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Please note that detergent and dryer sheets are not provided, so plan to bring your own. A pantry beside the laundry area offers additional storage space.

As of Fall 2024, this condo has undergone some stunning renovations! For starters, nearly the entire kitchen was redone! New granite counter tops were installed, new backsplash, and a ledger stone bar as the kitchen peninsula. The home was redecorated as well, with some gorgeous touches all handpicked from a professional decorating team. These updates truly transformed the space and we could not be more excited to share these changes with you!

Once you walk through the front door you will find one of the guest bedrooms to your left. The bedroom is furnished with 2 twin sized beds, two spacious closets, a night stand, and dresser. This space is perfect for 2 guests.

Past the kitchen to the right you will find the other guest bedroom. This bedroom is furnished with 1 full/queen bed, smart TV with Roku, a dresser, nightstand and closet. This space is perfect for 1-2 guests. The guest bathroom is accessible from this room, and from the dining area as well with a jack-and-jill style door system. The bathroom features a standing shower, vanity with cabinet space, sink, and a small cabinet above the toilet for extra storage.
