The full bathroom can be accessed from both the bedroom and living area and features an oversized mirror, new vanity, toilet, and tiled shower. Guests will enter this charming condo through the bedroom which features two queen beds separated by a tall lamp that acts as an extra surface for your belongings. An additional end table offers another place for you to set your stuff and is tucked nicely in the corner. Across the room, a dresser provides ample storage for your clothing while doubling as an entertainment stand for the large flat screen tv! This room also features a closet for additional storage.

Making your way past the bedroom, guests will find the stunning kitchen! Equipped with gorgeous granite counter tops and beautiful white cabinetry, plenty of space to store your groceries! This space offers a mounted microwave, a diswahser, a stove top burner) and a sink! A full sized refrigerator is tucked into a corner in the living area. Please keep in mind that the kitchen does not feature an oven, so keep this in mind when planning your meals for your stay! The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes, and cups so you have everything needed to cook a meal or prepare a quick snack. If you prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of excellent restaurants within a short drive or even walking distance, and many also offer delivery.

Further along, guests will enter the main living space. Immediately upon entering this room, guests will find the dining table with enough seating for up to four guests. The main living area features a cozy plush sofa that reclines! Across the room on top of an entertainment stand rests a large flat screen tv, perfect for staying up to date on all of your favorite shows. In the closet, a murphy bed folds out into an additional queen sized bed, providing extra sleeping space for an additional two guests. The main living room showcases two sofas, two accent chairs, two end tables, a coffee table, and a large flat screen tv! Guests are able to access one of the many balconies, which is conveniently located right off of the living area. The French doors and large amount of windows make this room feel bright and airy.

Just behind this first living area is the dining area and kitchen. The dining table features enough room and seating for 8 guests, while the breakfast bar has enough seating for 5. The amount of cooking space offered by the kitchen makes it easy to prep and cook meals for such a large group. With all granite countertops, plenty of cabinet and counter space, you’re sure to have the perfect amount of cooking room! All appliances in this kitchen are full sized and stainless steel, including a double oven with a stove top, refrigerator, mounted microwave, dishwasher, and sink!

We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, cooking utensils, and much more! For guests who prefer to dine out, there are hundreds of award-winning restaurants within a 5–10-minute drive of A Place at the Beach V. Many restaurants in the area offer delivery, and for those who prefer to stay in, food delivery options such as Uber Eats and DoorDash are very popular options!

The second living area is considered the game room! This space features two love seats and an accent chair, dining table, a flat screen tv, foosball table, and wet bar that houses a mini-fridge! This space also has a small dining table that can accommodate up to 3 guests. The patio area that can be accessed from this room leads out to the private pool, making it perfect for coming in from a swim to have a fun game of Foosball!

On to the bedrooms, our guests will have plenty of room to settle in for their stay and rest up for the next day at the beach!

Bedroom 1: Features a king sized bed, two end tables, a dresser, flat screen tv, access to the private balcony, and it’s own private bathroom. This bedroom can comfortably accommodate two guests. The bathroom attached to this bedroom has a jacuzzi tub, standing shower, toilet, and plenty of counter space to get ready for the day!

Bedroom 2: Features a king sized bed, two end tables, a dresser, flat screen tv, access to the private balcony, and it’s own private bathroom. This bedroom can comfortably accommodate two guests.

Bedroom 3: Features two double beds, an end table in between, a dresser, and flat screen tv. This bedroom can comfortably accommodate four guests. This bedroom has an attached bathroom that features a shower and tub combination, sink, and toilet!

Bedroom 4. Features two queen beds, an end table in between, two dressers, and a flat screen tv. This bedroom can comfortably accommodate four guests.

Bedroom 5: Features four queen sized beds, two dressers, two end tables, a wet bar with a mini fridge, as well as access to the private balcony! The bedroom can comfortably accommodate eight guests.

The other two bathrooms not attached to the bedrooms all have similar features! The two full baths all have shower tub combos, sinks with plenty of cabinet storage below, mirrors, and toilets. The half bath features a toilet and free standing sink with a mirror.

Many of our guests have complimented the convenience of a private washer and dryer located inside the home.

At the back of the home, guests will have access to fully fenced backyard space and a private pool! There is also a charcoal grill provided for guest use. Please note that charcoal is not provided, and guests must purchase this own their own if they intend to use the grill during their stay!

Guests will have access to cable and wi-fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

As of spring 2022, the condo has been nicely updated and refreshed. All carpeting has been removed and replaced with tile and laminate flooring throughout. The walls have been freshly painted and decorated with beautiful beach-inspired decor. All mattresses have been replaced, and many rooms now feature new bed frames.

Upon arrival, guests will enter through the oversized kitchen. The kitchen offers multiple dining tables, along with plenty of dining chairs and bar stools, providing ample seating for everyone. Guests will enjoy full-sized appliances, expansive counter space, and plenty of cabinetry stocked with basic cookware and kitchen essentials. A standout feature of the kitchen is the oversized fridge and freezer—perfect for storing food and beverages for a group of 18. The kitchen also features granite countertops, and a small balcony is accessible from the kitchen area.

There are a total of five bedrooms throughout the condo. Each bedroom includes a closet, dresser, and a private full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs (no cable), and guests may use their own login credentials for streaming. The bedroom layouts and bed sizes are as follows:

On the upper level, guests will find the main living space and kitchen, making it an ideal gathering area for meals and relaxing together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare home cooked meals, including a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, toaster, and more. Beautiful, tiled countertops and plentiful cabinet space make storing groceries and preparing meals simple. We provide all basic cookware including pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. The kitchen island offers three barstools for casual seating, while the round dining table nearby comfortably seats six guests.

Across from the dining area is the main living room, where two comfortable sofas are arranged in front of a wall mounted flat screen TV. Large windows bring in natural light and create a bright, welcoming space for everyone to relax after a day exploring the area.

The bedrooms on the upper level include a spacious primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, matching end tables, a dresser with a mounted TV above, and large windows that allow natural light to fill the room. The second bedroom on the upper level includes a queen-sized bed with end tables, dresser, mounted TV, and plenty of natural light.

The upper level includes two bathrooms. One bathroom features a standing shower, vanity sink, and toilet. The second bathroom offers a shower and tub combination with sliding glass doors, along with a sink and toilet.
This level also opens to a private balcony where guests can enjoy views of the inlet and the backyard pool area. Stairs on either side of the balcony lead down toward the pool and outdoor space.

On the first level of the home, guests will find a second living and entertainment area that is perfect for hanging out and having fun together. A sofa that folds out into a queen sleeper provides additional sleeping space, while a coffee table and wall mounted TV make it a comfortable spot to relax. The room also features plenty of seating with barstools, a large round table for card games or meals, and two high top tables with seating.

The entertainment options continue with a Silverstrike Bowling arcade machine, a foosball table, and a tabletop arcade game with seating for two so you can challenge friends or family.

The bedrooms on the first level include a second primary suite with a king-sized bed, two end tables, dresser, and window for natural light. This bedroom includes an attached half bathroom with a toilet and sink. Another bedroom on this level features a queen bed and a twin bed separated by an end table with lamp, making it a great setup for kids or mixed groups. A dresser provides additional storage, and the room also has a window for natural light. The final bedroom includes two daybeds, one twin bed and another twin bed with a twin trundle beneath it, along with a dresser and TV.

The final bathroom on the first level includes a standing shower, vanity sink, and toilet.

Outside is where even more fun awaits. A brand new in ground pool is currently being added so guests can cool off and relax during warm coastal days. The outdoor patio area includes plenty of seating and a gas grill, making it a great space for evening cookouts and gathering with the group.

Guests can also take advantage of the kayaks and spend time exploring the nearby inlet waters.

This home is conveniently located near some of the area’s most popular coastal attractions. Enjoy waterfront dining, live music, and beautiful marsh views at the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk. Nature lovers can explore the trails and wildlife at Huntington Beach State Park or wander through the incredible sculptures and gardens at Brookgreen Gardens. If you are craving beach time, Garden City Beach is just a few steps away and offers a fishing pier, beachside bars, and classic coastal charm.

All bath towels, bedding, and linens are provided for your stay, along with starter amenities including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

Parties are strictly prohibited. If we receive noise complaints or notice of an event or party taking place at the home, this will result in fines and eviction from the premises. We appreciate your understanding and respect of the home!

Furry friends welcome! When making your reservation, please select ‘1 Pet’ even if you plan to bring two pets. This is because the pet fee is a flat charge and does not depend on the number of pets accompanying you. Choosing ‘1 Pet’ will ensure that the correct fee is applied to your booking. We do ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that they be crated when you’re away from the property. This is important for the care of the home and for vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel who may need access to the property. Failure to pick up after your pets may result in fines, so please help us keep the space clean and enjoyable for everyone!

Please note that this home is equipped with four exterior security cameras. There are two at the front of the home, one at the top and one on the bottom. For your comfort and convenience, the condo is stocked with fresh bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, and all necessary bedding. You’ll also find starter items like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner ready and waiting to help you ease right into vacation mode.

It’s important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 23 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 23 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 23 are at risk for potential fines and eviction.

This resort is secured by a gated entrance with 24-hour security and is only two miles from the Myrtle Beach International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. Walmart and Walgreens are across the street, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, state park, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to parking for $20 and free beach access. If you are here during one of the Bike Weeks held in the Myrtle Beach area, please reach out and we will explain the extra fees and regulations.

Guests will need to pay $20.00 per vehicle Per Week for parking passes, from May 1 – Sept 30. From October 1 – April 30, it is $20 per Booking, instead of per week. The security guard at the gate will collect payment and issue the parking passes. If you lose your parking pass, you will need to pay for a replacement. All passes must be displayed on the windshield side of the rear view mirror while the vehicle is parked on the property.

Bike Week Parking: Guests are not permitted to bring a trailer on property except during Bike Week and the trailer is not to exceed 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the back of the trailer. These fees are for one week and will be collected at the gate, payment must be made with credit card, no cash, no exceptions. The fees during bike week are as followed; Car or Truck (vehicle pulling the trailer) $20, Trailer not to exceed 18 feet $100, each motorcycle is $20 a piece.

It’s important to note that this condo is located on the third floor of the building! This location does not have elevators, so our guests will have to use the stairs.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony per HOA regulations and Casago policy. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, vaping or e-cigarettes, THC or marijuana products, and any illegal substances. Evidence of smoking will result in fines and additional cleaning charges. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting the community, neighboring residents, and the property during your stay.
