The kitchen is very spacious and is one of the features that separates the Palace from many other resorts and rentals. Very few studios offer an oversized kitchen like this condo and other rentals here at the Palace. The new granite counter tops are gorgeous! We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family. This listing also features a full-size dishwasher, fridge, and stove, as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. The living area is the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the small ottoman and enjoy endless views of the ocean! The brand new king bed is located along the blue feature wall and there is enough space to accommodate 2 guests in the apartment. This space also features two bar stools along the island area, a large wall mounted flatscreen TV, a small seating area located in the nook by the bed, and access to the oceanfront balcony! Many guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and the sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous.

This is an absolutely incredible, completely renovated, luxury romance suite located at the Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 12th floor, angled oceanfront, studio apartment. The condo is fully furnished and the layout will accommodate 4 guests. Throughout the condo, guests will enjoy new tile floors, new paint, beautiful accent wall, new furniture, and modern decor as of Spring 2023! The homeowners spared no expense.

Space

This apartment has been completely renovated and features some truly luxurious updates, and we can’t be more excited to share them with you. To start, all carpeting was removed and new marble tile flooring was installed throughout. New baseboards were installed and painted. The popcorn texture on the ceiling was removed and repainted, and the entire unit was repainted with modern and welcoming colors. In the living area, a rock wall with a built-in fireplace was installed. Guests will enjoy the LED electric fireplace and the large flat screen smart TV. Decorative blackout curtains were installed over each window, and guests will be able to open and close them with ease. A new queen mattress and bed frame were installed, as well as a new headboard. Everything in this condo is brand new! A new sofa was installed as well that will convert to a queen size sleeper sofa. Guests will enjoy relaxing on the sofa, by the fire, and catching endless South-facing views! In the kitchen, brand new cabinets were installed and stocked with all basic cookware and kitchen necessities. A new granite countertop was installed along with a custom tile backsplash. The stainless steel appliances compliment the cabinets and countertops tremendously! Guests will enjoy all new appliances; microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer.

No expense was spared during the bathroom renovation. Out with the old, in with the new! The bathroom was gutted from floor to ceiling. A beautiful, tile, walk-in shower was constructed. The shower features a modern sliding glass door. Ceramic, marble subway tile was installed in the shower, and the tile continues along the walls of the bathroom; very nice and clean! A new toilet was installed. A brand new vanity, sink, and bathroom mirror were also installed.

Upon arrival, guests will enter into a hallway. Unlike many other studios at the Palace, the hallway provides some separation from the rest of the condo. Guests will have access to a linen closet for storage. The AC and water heater are located in a separate area beside the linen closet. Being an end-unit, not only will guests enjoy oceanfront views, but South-facing views as well. The glass windows around the living area truly make the unit special, and the views are breathtaking.

Entering into the living area, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! This floor plan is open and spacious, and features endless views of the Atlantic ocean. The 12th floor offers such great views. The living room offers a sofa that converts to a sleeper sofa, new coffee table, rock wall with built-in fireplace, smart TV, and access to the ocean view balcony. Directly to the right is where the full bathroom is located. The bathroom features a tub, shower, vanity with sink, mirror, and toilet. The AC unit is located in the utility closet just outside the bathroom. Continuing through the apartment, the private bedroom is also located on the right side of the apartment. The bedroom features 1 queen bed, closet, dresser for storage, nightstand, cable TV with over 100 channels to choose from, access to the ocean view balcony, blackout curtains, and a beautiful barn door for privacy. Entering into the living room, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! The living room is open and spacious, and features endless, North-facing views of the ocean. The 11th floor offers such great views; not too high, not too low! The living room offers a dining table and chairs, queen-sized sleeper sofa, accent chairs, end tables, cable TV with over 100 channels to choose from, and access to the ocean view balcony. The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 10th floor, ocean view, 1-bedroom apartment located at the Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. The condo is fully furnished and the layout will accommodate 4 guests.
Upon arrival, guests will enter into the kitchen and living room area. Unlike many 1-bedroom rentals in town, you do not have to walk through the bedroom to get in and out of the condo! Directly to the left is where the full bathroom is located. The bathroom features a tub, shower, vanity with sinks, mirror, and toilet. The water heater and AC unit are located in the utility closet just outside the bathroom. Continuing through the apartment, the private bedroom is also located on the left side of the apartment. The bedroom features 1 queen bed, closet and dresser for storage, nightstand, 52 inch cable TV, access to the ocean view balcony, blackout curtains, and a bedroom door for privacy. Entering into the living room, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! The living room is open and spacious, and features endless, Southern views of the ocean. The 10th floor offers such great views; not too high, not too low! The living room offers a dining table and chairs, queen-sized sleeper sofa, accent chairs, end tables, TV stand with a 52 inch TV, and access to the ocean view balcony. The kitchen area is also located just off from the living area. The kitchen features full-size appliances, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, plentiful cabinet space for storage, kitchen sink, and so much more. We provide all basic cookware, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, dishes, etc.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic “starter toiletries” that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access. We are confident that you are going to love this rental and the location.
