As of 2025, this condo has been updated and now has a fresh, new look! For starters, all of the kitchen cabinets were redone, and now have a modern look. The bathroom vanity was replaced, as well as the bathroom countertop. We’re so excited to share these stunning new upgrades with you!

Upon entering guests will find the kitchen area located to the left of the front door. The kitchen features full-size appliances, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, plentiful cabinet space for storage, kitchen sink, and so much more. Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options, many of which are within a short walk or drive from the Palace Resort. Many restaurants in the area offer delivery, but if not, guests can rely on food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash.

To the right of the entrance into the condo guests will find the bedroom. This bedroom features 1 queen size bed, dresser for storage, 2 night stands on either side of the bed, closet for storage, and access to the private ocean view balcony! Just off the bedroom guests will have access to the private bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, mirror, and toilet.

Entering into the living area, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! This floor plan is open and spacious, and features endless views of the Atlantic ocean. The 22nd floor offers some of the most breathtaking views being one floor below the penthouse! The living room features a sofa that converts to a bed, a new LED fire place, a large smart TV, coffee table, accent chairs, a table with chairs, and access to the ocean view balcony. Guests will also love the large windows allowing multiple views of the ocean!

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic “starter toiletries” that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn’t feel cramped. This apartment offers beautiful updates and renovations as of January 2021. To start, the kitchen was completely updated with granite countertops, tile backsplash, and resurfaced cabinets. The overhead lighting was upgraded to LED lighting, and a new microwave was installed. The entire apartment features fresh paint and beautiful, luxury vinyl plank flooring. All furniture in the apartment is brand new as of January 2021; including the kitchen table with 4 chairs, sofa, coffee table, mattresses and box springs, headboards and nightstands, bar stools, lamps, dressers, vanities and mirrors in both bathrooms, lights in both bathrooms, custom blackout curtains in the living room, master bedroom, and guest bedroom, and new smart TV’s in the living room and guest bedroom. Everything in the apartment is brand new as of 2021, and the renovations are gorgeous! The kitchen is very spacious and is one of the features that separates the Palace from many other resorts and rentals. Very few rentals offer an oversized kitchen like this condo and other rentals here at the Palace. We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silverware and, glassware; everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family. For starters, all walls have been freshly painted, a beautifully tiled accent wall housing an LED fireplace has been added, brand new furniture has been installed throughout, and a new luxurious bubble wall provides the perfect amount of ambient lighting! This New York style apartment is a true 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located on the 21st floor of the Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach. Upon entering, guests will be blown away by the clean and modern feel of the unit! Gorgeous tile flooring was installed in the kitchen and living area, followed by granite countertops, a stunning kitchen island, new stainless steel appliances, brand new sofa, furnishings and decor. The kitchen features full-size appliances, including a fridge, freezer, stove and oven! It also features a microwave, kitchen sink, tile backsplash, and stocked cabinets for your convenience. All cookware, utensils, silverware, plates, and drinking glasses will be provided, making it a breeze to dine in!

The apartment has an open concept and doesn’t feel cramped like many other rentals in the area. There is no clutter or disorganization – just clean lines and modernization throughout! The living area is truly the most relaxing area of the entire apartment and features classy decor and furnishings, a Roku TV with smart TV and cable capabilities, access to the balcony, and endless South-facing ocean views from the large glass windows. There is a new queen sleeper sofa in the living area, which can sleep 2 guests.

The bedroom is just off to the left when entering the condo. The bedroom features a queen bed, dresser and closet for storage, access to the balcony, smart TV, new flooring, and a bedroom door for extra privacy. The bedroom TV does not offer cable.

All communication will be handled remotely and electronically, but we are here for our guests 24/7. As of March 2024 this unit has had some amazing renovations! We could not be more excited to share with you! For starters, all new furniture was installed throughout along with new drapes and beautiful new decor! In the kitchen, new cabinets were installed along with new granite countertops. The new stainless steal appliances go beautifully with the updated cabinets! New granite countertops were also added to both bathrooms as well as new mirrors and light fixtures! The owners truly spared no expense. In the living room a new 55″ Roku TV was installed. Lastly in the master bedroom a new king size bed was installed!
