The apartment features an updated, fully equipped kitchen with an island, where you can enjoy the open layout and the ocean breeze. The living room has amazing floor to ceiling windows allowing plenty of light and air to flow.

The kitchen is very spacious and is one of the features that separates the Palace from many other resorts and rentals. Very few rentals offer an oversized kitchen like this condo and other rentals here at the Palace. We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family. The living area is the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the sofa and enjoy endless views of the Southern coastline. Onto the living and sleeping area, guests will find a plush new sleeper sofa that can comfortably accommodate a total of 2 guests. This space also makes for a perfect evening to hang out and watch a movie on the large flat screen tv! In Winter 2022, this apartment has been completely renovated and features some truly luxurious updates, and we can’t be more excited to share them with you. To start, all carpeting was removed and replaced with new vinyl plank flooring throughout. The entire unit was repainted with modern and welcoming colors. In the kitchen, brand new cabinets were installed and stocked with all basic cookware and kitchen necessities. A new quartz countertop was installed along with a tile backsplash. The stainless steel appliances compliment the cabinets and countertops tremendously! Guests will enjoy all new appliances; microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. The kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal are all brand new as well.

No expense was spared during the bathroom renovation. Out with the old, in with the new! The shower was gutted from floor to ceiling. The countertops are granite and compliment the cabinets and appliances very well! We provide all basic cookware, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, dishes, etc.

Throughout the condo, guests will enjoy new tile floors, new paint, beautiful accent wall, new furniture, and new beachy decor as of Winter 2022! In addition, both TV’s in the condo offer basic cable with hundreds of channels!

This condo also has an air mattress that is available for guests who may wish to bring more than 4, allowing this property to sleep up to 6! If you plan on bringing more than the advertised occupancy of 4, let us know so we can be sure the air mattress is in top condition before your arrival!

Our guests will have access to several amenities at the Palace Resort. In Spring of 2022, this apartment has been completely renovated and features some truly luxurious updates, and we can’t be more excited to share them with you. To start, all carpeting was removed and new ceramic tile was installed throughout. New baseboards were installed and painted. The popcorn texture on the ceiling was removed and repainted, and the entire unit was repainted with modern and welcoming colors. In the living area, a rock wall with a built-in fireplace was installed. Guests will enjoy the LED electric fireplace and the flat screen smart TV. Retractable blinds were installed over each window, and guests will be able to open and close them with ease. A new queen mattress and bed frame were installed, as well as a new headboard. Everything in this condo is brand new! The sofa and accent chair were custom made and newly installed in April 2022. Guests will enjoy relaxing on the sofa, by the fire, and catching endless South-facing views! In the kitchen, the cabinets were refinished and stocked with all basic cookware and kitchen necessities. A new marble countertop was installed along with a tile backsplash. The stainless steel appliances compliment the cabinets and countertops tremendously! Guests will enjoy all new appliances; microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. The kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal are all brand new as well.
