Space

This apartment has been completely renovated and features some truly spectacular updates, and we can’t be more excited to share them with you. To start, the entire unit was repainted with modern and welcoming colors. New tile flooring was installed in the hallway leading into the vacation rental, bathroom, and kitchen area. New carpeting was installed in the bedroom and living room area. The entire apartment was furnished with brand new furniture. In the kitchen, the new stainless steel appliances compliment the cabinets and quartz countertops tremendously! In the living room the new large couch converts to a sleeper sofa to accommodate an additional 2 guests with ease. Making this 1 bedroom able to accommodate a total of 4 guests!

As of Winter 2023, this condo had a bit of additional work completed with all new tile flooring installed throughout, giving the condo such a seamless look!

Guests will enter the condo into a hallway. The master bedroom is located to the left as you walk into the unit. This bedroom features 1 king bed, two night stands on either side of the bed, new smart TV, dresser, and closet for storage. This space is perfect for 2 guests. This bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, sink, large mirror, toilet, and cabinets for storage.

Making your way through the apartment, the kitchen is centrally located between the bedroom and living room. The kitchen offers full size stainless steal appliances, fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, new beautiful quartz countertops, and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the Roxanne. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.

Entering into the living room, guests will find the most relaxing part of the condo! The floor plan is open and spacious, and it features a large sofa that converts to a sleeper sofa, commercial blackout curtains, new 65″ smart TV with digital cable, and a dining table with chairs. Smaller appliances, such as a toaster and coffee maker are also provided! Our guests will have no issues preparing a home cooked meal in this fully stocked kitchen! For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride of River Oaks. In addition, UberEats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.

Just past the kitchen is the dining area. This dining table separates the kitchen and living room, and provides enough seating for 4! Just past here, we find the living room. The living area is by far the most relaxing part of the entire condo! The sofa and love seat provide plenty of room for hanging out after a long day at the beach or out on the golf course. This space is also fitted with a beautiful area rug, coffee table, end tables, accent chair, and a flat screen tv! The door to the patio also makes this space warm and welcoming by offering tons of natural light. We encourage our guests to take advantage of the balcony and golf course views!

Right off of the living room is the master bedroom! This room is furnished with a queen sized bed, end table, two dressers, access to the balcony, and access to the private bathroom! For guests that are traveling for work or need to get some tasks done, this room also includes a desk and chair, making for the perfect quiet corner in the condo to get some work done.

The master bathroom is equipped with everything you would need! The oversized vanity sink provides plenty of underneath storage room. There is also a shower and tub combo, and toilet.

Onto the secondary bedroom, our guests will find two twin beds. The beds are separated by a nightstand and lamp. There is also a dresser for extra storage, as well as a flat screen tv in the corner of the room. Guests occupying this bedroom will also have access to the closet.

Guests will have access to basic cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

Space

As you step inside, the bedroom sits just to your left. This welcoming space includes a queen sized bed with end tables on each side and a dresser that provides the ideal spot for settling in and storing your belongings. A flat screen wall mounted TV is positioned above the dresser and directly across from the bed, making it easy to unwind and enjoy your favorite shows before drifting off to sleep. The private closet gives you even more room to stay organized throughout your stay.

A little farther down the hall to the right is the bathroom, designed with comfort and ease in mind. It features a vanity sink with ample storage below, a toilet, and a convenient shower and tub combination. The bathroom also houses the washer and dryer in the laundry closet, so you can pack light and keep everything fresh during your visit. We provide bath towels, washcloths, bedding, and all the essentials needed for a smooth and stress free stay, along with starter toiletries such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion to help you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

Continuing down the hall, you will find the kitchen, which offers generous countertop space and full sized appliances that make preparing meals or snacks wonderfully easy. With plenty of cabinet storage, you can unpack your groceries with ease. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and sink, along with all the essentials you might need including dishes, cups, silverware, a toaster, coffee maker, blender, cookware, and utensils. If you prefer to step out for a bite, you will find countless dining options nearby, and food delivery services like UberEats, DoorDash, and Postmates are readily available.

The living room offers a spacious and comfortable place for everyone to gather. The plush sofa pulls out into a queen-size sleeper for additional sleeping space, while two soft reclining sofas provide plenty of room to relax. Guests can enjoy a movie or catch up on their favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or step out onto the screened-in porch to sip morning coffee or plan another beautiful day on the course.

For added cleanliness and comfort, the sleeper sofa is fitted with a protective couch cover. Guests are welcome to remove the cover if they plan to use the sleeper sofa during their stay.
