After a $25,000 renovation, this vacation rental features some of the most luxurious updates. To start, the flooring was replaced with a moisture resistant, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and the entire apartment has been repainted. This is one of the only condos that features custom, recessed lighting, as well as brand new light fixtures. This glorified hotel room offers modern, high-end, luxury furniture made from solid wood. The bed is king sized and has a color-changing LED headboard. Other accents include a freestanding mirror, Belgain rugs, iron and ironing board, and so much more!

Guests love being able to relax on the sofa and listen to the ocean! Directly across from the bed and sofa there is a built-in, 50 inch fireplace with LED color changing lights. Above the fireplace, guests will enjoy a brand new 65 inch Samsung smart TV. The tiled wall is a beautiful focal point within the apartment. Between the fireplace and balcony, a very nice dresser and mirror are available for our guests to use.

The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and features new cabinetry, sink, faucet, and appliances. All appliances are stainless steel and full size. The backsplash is porcelain tile. A brand new glass-top dining table and chairs are located just beside the kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you’ll need to cook! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Post Mates have become very popular food delivery options along the Grand Strand.

The bathroom is located to the right just as soon as you enter the condo. The bathroom has been completely updated and features some gorgeous updates! The shower is a custom walk in shower that features polished porcelain tile from Italy. The floors in the bathroom are tile as well.

This apartment is perfect for 3 guests. The king bed will accommodate 2 guests, and the sofa will convert to a twin bed for 1 additional guest. Please remember that the minimum age to book is 21.

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have went above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our rates reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!

For added peace of mind, the property has recently installed new security cameras throughout the parking lots in the hallways and corridor of each floor, as well as upgraded smoke detectors.

The condo comfortably accommodates 2–4 guests and features a king-size bed, full-size sleeper sofa, TV with cable, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, and a fully stocked kitchenette. The private bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, and all linens, towels, and starter toiletries are provided for your convenience.

In the main living space a new king bed frame and mattress were installed, as well as a new sofa that converts to a queen size bed, allowing this rental to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests! All new furniture was placed through out including a new dresser, table and chairs, coffee table, and a coffee bar area. Guests will love the private oceanfront balcony right off the main living space! This is the perfect spot for guests to enjoy a cup of coffee while looking out at the stunning views of the ocean!

Right off the main entrance guests will find the private bathroom! The bathroom features a new vanity and mirror as well as a new standing shower!

Making your way into the kitchen guests will love the new cabinets and shelving. This area also features a brand new one of a kind back splash as well as all new appliances which include a full size fridge, a stove and oven combo, a microwave, a large sink, and a coffee maker over in the new coffee bar area right off the kitchen. All dishes and basic kitchenware will be provided! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. The first bedroom sits just to your left and is a cozy retreat with a fold out twin sleeper sofa, an end table for your personal items, and a writing desk that creates a great nook for catching up on emails or planning your vacation adventures.

Continue down the hall to the second bedroom, a peaceful space with a queen sized bed and a large window that lets in beautiful natural light throughout the day. An end table and a soft glow from the bedside lamp make the room feel warm and comfortable, while a plush accent chair offers an inviting place to unwind. Guests in this room will enjoy a private mirrored closet with plenty of storage for an easy and organized stay. The attached bathroom also opens into the main living area and offers a shower and tub combination, sink, mirror, and toilet.

A few steps farther and you will find yourself in the heart of the condo where the kitchen and living space come together. If you’d rather explore the local dining scene, you’ll be just a short drive or Uber ride away from a wide variety of restaurants. Just past the kitchen, there’s a dining area with seating for four. For outdoor fun, try a dolphin cruise, paddle through the salt marsh, or take a thrilling jet boat ride. It’s important to note that there are not any elevators in this complex! Guests will have to park underneath the North building, take the short flight of stairs to the first level, and locate their condo.
