Guests will enter through the hallway, where both bedrooms are conveniently located. The first bedroom is the primary suite, thoughtfully furnished with a plush queen sized bed positioned between two end tables topped with stylish lamps for a warm and relaxing ambiance. Across from the bed, guests will find a large dresser with a mirror, perfect for unpacking and getting ready during their stay. An additional dresser with a flat screen TV mounted above provides even more storage and entertainment. Attached to the primary bedroom is a private ensuite bathroom featuring beautiful tile flooring, a shower and tub combination, vanity sink with generous underneath storage, and a large mirror.

The second bedroom is a cozy and versatile space furnished with two twin sized beds, making it the perfect setup for children, friends, or additional guests. The beds are separated by an end table with a lamp, while a shelf tucked into the corner and a private closet provide plenty of space for belongings and luggage.

Also located in the hallway is the shared bathroom, which includes another shower and tub combination, vanity sink, mirror, and toilet. To make your stay as comfortable and stress free as possible, we provide a starter set of essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap so you can settle in immediately upon arrival.

Further into the condo, guests will discover the spacious living room, designed to be the perfect gathering spot after a long day at the beach. Two plush sofas sit across from one another, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. One of the sofas easily folds out into a full sized sleeper mattress, offering additional sleeping space for guests. A large wall mounted flat screen TV provides the perfect setup for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Just off the living area, sliding glass doors lead to your private balcony where you can enjoy the fresh coastal breeze and unwind with views of the surrounding resort atmosphere.

The kitchen offers full sized appliances including a stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink, along with plenty of cabinet and countertop space for preparing meals and storing groceries. Guests staying at Myrtle Beach Resort will have access to an impressive list of amenities spread across the 33 acre oceanfront property. Enjoy 4 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, 4 hot tubs, a lazy river, mini water park, playgrounds, basketball and volleyball courts, tennis courts, fitness center, steam rooms, a gift shop, and so much more. The resort is also conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, golf courses, attractions, mini golf, go karts, fishing, and entertainment throughout Myrtle Beach. Guests will also enjoy beach access and on site parking available for a $20 fee.

Please note that this property has a minimum booking age requirement of 21. Reservation holders must be at least 21 years old, and guests under the age requirement may be subject to fines or eviction.

Access

There is parking around the Five Seasons Centre, as well as overflow parking throughout the resort. Motorcycles are allowed but must be parked in the Five Seasons Centre clubhouse parking lot or the western section of the 6000 buildings. No motorcycle parking is allowed along the north parking spaces along the buildings or the campground fencing. Motorcyles count as 1 parking space. Trailers are only allowed during bike weeks!

Guests will need to pay $20.00 per vehicle per week for parking passes, from May 1 – Sept 30. From October 1 – April 30, it is $20 per booking, instead of per week. The security guard at the gate will collect payment and issue the parking passes. If you lose your parking pass, you will need to pay for a replacement. All passes must be displayed on the windshield side of the rear view mirror while the vehicle is parked on the property.

*All items in the unit are privately owned. This includes all bedding, towels and linens. Please leave all of these at your departure. Any missing items will be charged to the guest.
*The cleaning fee included in your total covers the cost of a basic cleaning for the whole unit, laundering of the linens, and a “starter pack” of toiletries. Guests are still expected to pick up after themselves. Please dispose of all items (food, trash, personal items etc). Wash all dishes that were used.
*This unit is non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking will result in charges.
*All of our rules are to protect the property and to ensure that the incoming guest is able to check in on time with no issues.

Pest Control Notice-
To ensure a pest-free environment, routine pest control treatments are scheduled for all properties. Access must be provided on the treatment date.

Late Checkout charges.
$25 for the first hour.
$50 for every additional hour not out of the room up until check in time at 4pm
If a guest is still in the unit after check in time. We will charge the guest for an additional night on top of the other late checkout fees.
If we have to cancel a upcoming guest due to a guest still occupying the unit after checkout. The guest will also be responsible for the lost revenue on the incoming guest.

Parking: We cannot personally guarantee the allowance of motorcycles or trailer on site. We cannot provide additional parking passes for these if they are lost.

Breaking House Rules – We will charge an additional $150

Wifi – The Wifi is operated by the resort, not by the host. While we do offer login information, we do not control its reliability, speed, or availability. We do not offer discounts or make rate adjustments for any amenity that may not be available during the stay.

Key Cards: There will be additional charges for any key cards that are not left inside the room. The instructions for the key cards will be provided in the welcome packet sent to your email prior to checking in.

RESORT MANAGEMENT Casago Myrtle Beach and its homeowners cannot guarantee that all facilities and/or amenities will be available for the use of our renters. From time to time, resort managers, builders, developers, and the HOA board will change the rules and regulations of which amenities our guests have access to, all of which are out of our control. We do not offer refunds, make rate adjustments, or offer rebates due to these matters.

Our office hours are from 8 am to 10pm, seven days a week. We are available after hours for emergencies (In-House Guests Only) by calling our office and pressing 5. Out of respect for our staff, any guests that calls the emergency line and do not have true emergencies, will be charged a minimum $50 fee. Please use your best judgement when calling the emergency line. True emergencies include, but are not limited to, issues with entry or door locks, flooding, fire, power, etc.
