Check out this one of a kind oceanfront studio located on the third floor of the Dunes Village Resort. This beautifully updated retreat features two plush queen sized beds and comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing beach getaway. As of Spring 2026, the condo has been thoughtfully renovated with fresh upgrades throughout, creating a bright, modern space we are so excited to share with you.

As you enter, you are welcomed by a refreshed kitchen that is both stylish and functional. Featuring all new, up to date appliances including a refrigerator, stove and oven, mounted microwave, and a brand new drip coffee maker, this space makes preparing meals easy and enjoyable. An abundance of cabinet space allows you to store groceries with ease, and the kitchen comes fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, cutlery, and glassware. If cooking is not on the agenda, the resort offers several onsite dining options, and you are just minutes from countless restaurants throughout Myrtle Beach. Food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash are also widely available for added convenience.

Directly across from the kitchen, the bathroom has been upgraded to create a clean and inviting space to refresh. It features a shower and tub combination with a beautifully tiled backsplash, a comfort height toilet, and a vanity sink. An additional separate vanity area provides extra room, making it easy for everyone in your group to get ready without feeling crowded. All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, bedding, and linens are provided.  Specifically, 8 bath towels and 8 washcloths will be provided for our guests.  We also provide starter amenities in each bathroom such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation.        

Continuing into the main living and sleeping area, you will find a comfortable and thoughtfully arranged layout designed to help you unwind. Two queen sized beds sit side by side, separated by an end table with a lamp, creating a cozy setup for a restful night’s sleep. Across from the beds, a dresser offers plenty of storage for your belongings. A newly added dining table provides a perfect spot for meals, morning coffee, or a relaxed game night.

Just beyond the sleeping area, a small living space offers even more room to relax. A loveseat and coffee table create a comfortable seating area, while a brand new, 50 inch TV on an entertainment stand and an accent chair complete the space. Whether you are winding down after a day at the beach or enjoying a quiet evening in, this area offers a cozy place to gather.

Step outside onto your private oceanfront balcony and take in the incredible views of the Atlantic. With comfortable outdoor seating, it is the perfect place to start your morning with coffee, listen to the waves, or unwind in the evening with the ocean breeze.

Dunes Village Resort and its amenities are second to none!  As our guest, you will have access to over 30,000 square feet of indoor waterparks.  These water parks are located within the Dunes Village Resort and feature various water slides, dump buckets, sprinklers, Kid Zone, and so much more.  In addition to the water parks, guests will also have access to a number of indoor and outdoor pool options and lazy rivers.  Our guests will also be able to enjoy multiple food and beverage options at the resort!  An outdoor playground, basketball court, tennis court, fitness center, putting greens, pool tables, ping pong tables, shuffleboard, and foosball table will be available to our guests!  Dunes Village Resort also has a concierge desk to assist you with planning all of your Myrtle Beach fun activities!!

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony.  Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained, and other fines may be assessed.  Guests will also be subject to eviction per resort policy.  Dunes Village Resort does not allow pets.  Pets are not permitted at the resort, or inside unit #342.  The minimum age to book this property is 18 years of age.  Limit 4 guests.

Our guests will have access to the onsite laundry room, which is located in close proximity to the room as it is located on the third floor! 

Dunes Village Resort is located approximately 10 minutes from Central Myrtle Beach, the Myrtle Beach International Airport and the famous Skywheel.  There are so many dining and entertainment options close by including Duplin Winery, Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, and the Big M Casino boats! Being just north of the heart of Myrtle Beach, this location is much quieter overall than downtown Myrtle Beach, but it isn't as far north as other places, making this one of the best locations!
