Guests can also enjoy shared outdoor amenities including a pool, putting green, and fire pit — perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.
Unit B offers three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an oversized kitchen, and a welcoming living area designed for gathering and relaxation. With brand-new full-size appliances (2022) and sleeping accommodations for up to 12 guests, this tranquil coastal retreat provides plenty of space to settle in, slow down, and truly enjoy your time by the sea.

The layout for unit B is as follows:
Bedroom 1:  This bedroom features a queen bed and is perfect for 1-2 guests.  There are multiple windows for natural lighting, night stands, small closet for storage, and access to an apartment-size bathroom.  This is considered the master bedroom!  The master bathroom features a stand up shower, toilet, sink, and mirror.    
Bedroom 2:  This bedroom features a queen bed and is perfect for 1-2 guests.  There are multiple windows for natural lighting, and a small night stand.  
Bedroom 3:  The 3rd bedroom features a bunk bed with 2 full size bunks and is perfect for 2-4 guests. There is also another bed underneath the bunk bed. The trundle bed will accommodate 1-2 guests. There is a window for natural light.  There is also an accent chair that converts to a twin size pull out bed that will comfortably accommodate 1 guest.

In between the guest bedrooms, guests will have access to a full size bathroom with a stand up shower, toilet, vanity, sink, and mirror.  

Living Room:  Guests will enter apartment B into the living room area. The living area is the perfect area to relax and hang out.  The living room is furnished with a sofa that converts to a sleeper sofa, accent chair, coffee table, and TV.  The accent chair converts to a twin size pull out bed that will comfortably accommodate 1 guest.
 
Moving straight ahead you will find the kitchen. The kitchen offers brand new, full size appliances as of Winter 2022, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and plentiful cabinet space.  We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities.  Just behind the kitchen is the dining area.  This area features a large table with chairs perfect for enjoying a family meal.  For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the home.  In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.   

Guests of this home can take full advantage of the wonderful outdoor amenities designed for relaxation and fun. The oversized deck features comfortable patio furniture and an outdoor gas grill, perfect for casual meals and evening gatherings. The backyard includes a shared pool with lounge chairs, a putting green with four practice holes, and soft turf throughout for a clean, inviting feel. An oversized parking area is conveniently located directly in front of the house. Please note that all outdoor amenities are shared with guests staying in the other unit of the duplex. We kindly ask everyone to be respectful of the shared spaces by keeping noise levels low, avoiding parties or loud music, and limiting time at the fire pit, grill, and putting green so all guests have the opportunity to enjoy them.
To make your stay easy and comfortable, we encourage you to pack light. We provide eight bath towels, eight washcloths, one hand towel, and one bath mat, along with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion in each bathroom. Bedding, pillows, and linens are all included, as well as basic starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and other essentials.
We welcome up to two pets (dogs or cats only) with a one-time $250 pet fee. When booking, please select “1 Pet” even if bringing two, as the fee is a flat rate and does not vary by number of pets. There are no breed or size restrictions; however, pets are not allowed on living room furniture and must be crated if left unattended in the home. Maintenance or housekeeping will not enter the property if pets are not secured. Failure to follow the pet policy or house rules may result in additional charges or possible eviction.
Located in a prime area of North Myrtle Beach, this apartment offers easy access to central Myrtle Beach, Little River, Wilmington, and Murrells Inlet. Guests love the close proximity to the beach, shopping, dining, live music, and local attractions.
