As of Fall 2024, the kitchen has received stunning updates including beautiful granite countertops, a brand new backsplash, and a stone feature wall wrapping the outside of the peninsula. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, mounted microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Guests will also find dishes, cookware, utensils, and silverware, making cooking meals or snacks a breeze. A small table with chairs is conveniently located nearby for dining.
To the right of the entrance, guests will find the main living space. This is by far the most relaxing part of the entire condo. This open and inviting space highlights the incredible northern facing ocean views from the 22nd floor. The living area features a comfortable queen size bed, dresser for storage, wall mounted TV, queen sleeper sofa, comfortable seating, and thoughtfully arranged furnishings perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.
