The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 8th-floor, direct oceanfront condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This condo is fully furnished with 1 king bed and 1 full-size sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Guests enjoy their own private balcony, perfect for relaxing and taking in the ocean views.

As of Spring 2023, this vacation rental has been completely renovated with breathtaking updates we’re excited to share! All carpeting was removed and replaced with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. New baseboards were installed, and the entire unit was repainted in modern, welcoming colors. Guests will love the color-changing LED fireplace and new flat-screen smart TV mounted directly above.

A brand-new custom king-size bed frame, headboard, and mattress were added, along with a new full-size sleeper sofa, dressers, pub table and bar stools, artwork, custom lighting, and plants. Everything in this condo is practically brand new! Whether relaxing on the sofa by the fire or enjoying the private oceanfront balcony furnished with new chairs, guests will find plenty of cozy spots to unwind.

No expense was spared during this renovation—out with the old, in with the new! The kitchen, located just off the main living space, has been completely upgraded to showcase a modern look. It features all-new white cabinets, granite countertops, a kitchen island with bar stools, and stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and sink. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. While coffee is not available in the lobby, guests will have everything they need in the condo to make both hot and iced coffee. The island seating area also includes a multi-outlet/USB port unit, making it the perfect workstation if needed.

For those who prefer dining out, several restaurants are within a short walk or drive from the Landmark. Delivery options such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates are also popular. A Walmart recently opened just a couple of blocks away, making it easy to stock the cabinets and fridge with food and snacks. The unit also offers microwave-safe cookware, making reheating leftovers a breeze.

Just behind the kitchen, you’ll find the bathroom, featuring a toilet, vanity, and shower/tub combo. A new makeup mirror was added nearby, along with a full-length mirror, stool, and counter area with an AC plug—an ideal spot to get ready while freeing up the bathroom for others.
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after resort for visitors. Guests will have access to indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, a laundry facility, an arcade, and much more. Basic resort cable, Wi-Fi, and free parking are also included.

Please note: While our guests have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, the arcade, free parking, and direct beach access, they are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, the water features across the street, or the lobby coffee bar. Many guests have mentioned they were still able to use these restricted amenities without issue, but we cannot advertise them. Our rates reflect these restrictions, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

The Landmark Resort is conveniently located near many of Myrtle Beach’s most popular attractions, including Family Kingdom (0.8 mi), the Boardwalk & Promenade (1 mi), Broadway at the Beach (4 mi), and it’s just 2 miles from the airport.
