The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 7th floor condo at the Landmark in Myrtle Beach. This beautifully updated suite is fully furnished with 1 king bed, and will comfortably accommodate 2 guests. As of Spring 2023, this vacation rental has been updated with new paint, new modern furniture, new lvp flooring throughout, and new modern decor. Our guests enjoy having their own private balcony where they can relax and enjoy the fresh air and views of the interior courtyard.
Upon entering, guests will enter through a small hallway. The full fridge will be to the right and directly across from there is the kitchenette. The kitchenette features a microwave, sink, cabinet space, and a small countertop, everything you need to prepare a small snack! We provide all utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the Landmark.
The full size bathroom sits behind the kitchen and features a tub/shower combo, vanity, sink, large mirror, and a hair blow dryer.
Making your way into the main living space, guests will be blown away by the beautifully updated, modern decor and furniture. This space truly is the most relaxing part of the condo and features a new king bed, 2 night stands on either side of the bed, a dresser for storage, TV with standard cable, accent chair, small table and chairs for eating, and access to the private balcony.
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi, as well as free parking.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
The Landmark is known for its many pool amenity options. While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
