This oceanfront 1 bedroom condo is fully furnished with 1 king bed, 1 full size murphy bed, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. This unique layout offers oversized living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! Our guests enjoy having their own private balcony where they can relax and enjoy both the views of the ocean as well as the pools.
As of 2025, all of the carpet has been removed and replaced with stunning LVP!
Upon entering, guests will enter through the bedroom. The bedroom features 1 king sized bed, beautiful decor, dresser for storage, TV with digital cable, AC unit, blackout curtains, and closet. The king bed will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests.
The kitchen area located in-between the bedroom and the living room. The kitchen features a full size stove and oven, oversized cabinet space, a microwave, custom, beachy countertops, full size fridge, and everything you need to prepare your meals! We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are an exceptional amount of options to choose from; many of which are a short walk / ride from the Landmark. Many restaurants in the area offer delivery, but if not, food delivery options such as Uber Eats and DoorDash are very popular in the area.
Just behind the kitchen you will find the bathroom. The bathroom is split into 2 areas with the toilet, vanity, and shower/tub in one area, and another sink and vanity in the other. The vanity features a solid surface counter, mirror, and sink. A rare-find in these condos, this one has a half bath as well!
