The apartment is fully furnished with a queen bed, a futon sleeper, Smart TV, dresser and shelving for storage, Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom with a tiled shower and vanity. The kitchen comes equipped with a full-size refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, plus all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you’ll need for light meals. For nights out, Garden City offers plenty of restaurants and bars just steps away, and food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash make staying in a breeze.

The private bathroom includes a vanity with storage, toilet, and custom shower. Fresh towels, linens, and starter toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, and paper towels) are all provided, so you can pack light.
🐾 Traveling with pets? Up to 2 dogs or cats are welcome with a flat $100 pet fee. To keep the space in top condition, we ask that pets stay off the furniture and are crated if left unattended—this also ensures vendors or housekeeping can safely enter if needed.
Guests should note this rental sits above a local bar, so music may be audible at times. Parking is first-come, first-serve with spots available throughout the complex. This tropical, sandy area can bring a little grit indoors, but we’ll make sure the floors are clean for your arrival.
