This 2-bedroom apartment is tucked in the Myrtlewood golf course community, along the intracoastal waterway, and is about a 5-minute drive to the beach! It's a perfect location for golfers, a couple or family who would prefer quiet setting for their vacation.
Upon entering, guests will find one of the two bedrooms on the right side of the apartment. The bedroom features a queen size bed, a closet and dresser for storage, a window for natural light, wall mounted TV, and access to the bathroom. The full-size bathroom features a standard shower/tub, toilet, and vanity.
The kitchen is to the left as you enter the condo. This area is very spacious and is one of the features that separate this unit from many other resorts and rentals. Very few apartments offer an oversized kitchen like this! We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family. This listing also features a full-size dishwasher, fridge, freezer, mounted microwave, oven, and stove, as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. In the closet in the kitchen is a stackable washer and dryer. Guests will love the convenience of being able to do their laundry in the comfort of the condo!
