This 2-bedroom suite is fully furnished with 1 king bed, 2 full size beds, a full size sleeper sofa, and will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. This unique layout offers an oversized living space with a couch, TV with cable, a small dining table with chairs, and beautiful direct ocean front views from the private balcony right off the living area. This layout features an open floor plan making the space feel bigger and not cramped!
Guests will enter the condo into a hallway. The guest bedroom is located to the left as you walk into the unit. This bedroom features 2 full size beds, a night stand, TV, window for natural light, and access to the ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, sink, mirror, toilet, and a hair dyer.
Making your way through the apartment, the kitchen is centrally located between the bedrooms and living room. The kitchen offers full size appliances, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot, and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the Roxanne. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.

The floor plan is open and spacious, and it features a sofa that converts to a sleeper sofa, commercial blackout curtains, TV, and a dining table with chairs. The master bedroom can be found right near the living area. This bedroom features 1 king bed, two night stands on either side of the bed, TV, dresser, accent chair, and access to the oceanfront private balcony from the sliding glass door in the bedroom. This space is perfect for 2 guests. This bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, sink, mirror, toilet, and a hair dryer.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi, as well as free parking. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding.
