This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests.  Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped.  This apartment offers beautiful updates and renovations as of May 2023.  To start, the kitchen was updated with granite countertops, tile backsplash, and updated cabinets.  The overhead lighting was upgraded to LED lighting, and a new microwave was installed.  A new fridge was installed in May 2023.  The entire apartment features fresh paint and beautiful, luxury vinyl plank flooring.  All furniture in the apartment is brand new as of January 2023, including the kitchen table and chairs, sofa, coffee table, mattresses and frames, headboards and nightstands, bar stools, lamps, dressers, vanities, and mirrors in both bathrooms, lights in both bathrooms, blackout curtains in the living room, master bedroom, and guest bedroom, and new smart TVs in the living room and guest bedroom.  Everything in the apartment is brand new as of 2023, and the renovations are gorgeous!
 
The kitchen is very spacious and is one of the features that separates the Palace from many other resorts and rentals.  Very few rentals offer an oversized kitchen like this condo and other rentals here at the Palace.  We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silverware and, glassware; everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family.  This listing also features a full-size dishwasher, fridge, and stove, as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.
 
The living area is possibly the most comfortable area of the apartment.  Guests can relax on the sofa and enjoy endless views of the Southern coastline.  The dining table and chairs sit in between the living room and the kitchen, and 4 bar stools have been added for additional seating at the counter.  Guests will access the South-facing balcony from the living room.
 
The guest bedroom is the first bedroom on the right when you enter the condo.  This bedroom features 2 full beds, dressers for storage, smart TV, and a small nightstand between the two beds.  Both mattresses, frames, headboards, decor, and window treatments are all brand new.  Guests also have access to a private balcony overlooking Ocean Boulevard with views of the sunset in this room. 
 
The guest bathroom is located just outside of the bedroom and features a new vanity, mirror, and light.  This bathroom offers a stand-up shower rather than a tub.
The master bedroom is the second bedroom on the right and features a queen bed, closet for storage, access to the ocean view balcony, and a private bathroom.  The window treatments are brand new to match the decor and paint throughout the unit!  The master bedroom features a new frame, mattress, headboard, nightstands, and decor.  The views from the master bedroom are second to none, and guests will be amazed by the beautiful sunsets on the South-side of the building.
The master bathroom features tile flooring, new vanity, a new mirror, new lighting, and a tub/shower.
 
Pack light!  We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay.  We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
 
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi.    
 
The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC.  This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall.  In 2019, a Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by.  Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini-golf, go-karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more!  Our guests also have access to free parking in the attached garage and beach access.
