This apartment features 2 queen beds, 1 sleeper sofa, and will comfortably accommodate 6 guests. This rental is a true 1-bedroom condo, and our guests enjoy the separation between rooms and the privacy that is offered. This condo offers a private balcony with endless oceanfront views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Upon entering the condo, guests will find the bedroom. The bedroom features two queen size beds, nightstand, dresser and closet for storage, large wall mounted TV, large window with ocean views, ceiling fan, and access to the bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/ shower combo, toilet, vanity, sink, and more.
Moving right along is the kitchen. The kitchen is central between the living room and bedroom and features full size appliances. Guests will have access to a fridge / freezer, full size stove, top-mounted microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen sink, and cabinet space. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you'll need to cook a meal or snack! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk/ride or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Post Mates have become very popular food delivery options along the Grand Strand. A washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen.

Located on the 14th floor of the South Tower at The Palms Resort, the view from the balcony is breathtaking, and many of our guests have spotted dolphins and beautiful sunsets!
Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
