As of February 2024, this condo has been completely renovated and we could not be more excited to share with you! To start, the entire unit was repainted with warm and welcoming colors. New decor and furniture were added throughout. In the living room, a beautiful shiplap accent wall was created with an LED fireplace. Another accent wall was created in the bedroom along with a large wall-mounted TV.
The owner spared no expense in this renovation! Out with the old in with the new. The kitchen was completely redone! A brand-new granite countertop was installed along with a stunning backsplash! New cabinets were installed as well as new recessed lighting. All new stainless-steel appliances were also installed! In the bathroom, new countertops, faucet, mirror and towel bars were installed. Everything is practically brand new!
Upon arrival guests will enter into the bedroom. The bedroom features a new king size bed and headboard, 2 new nightstands, and a stunning accent wall with wall mounted TV. This area features a closet for storage, dresser, and heat/AC.
The kitchen is located in between the bedroom and living room and features new full-size stainless-steel appliances. Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
