Located in the Palms Building of Dunes Village Resort, this family-friendly 3rd floor condo is fully furnished with everything you need! As of Winter 2023, all new flooring was installed throughout along with new paint that features warm and welcoming colors.
The first bedroom is located on the left side of the apartment just after entering the property. This bedroom features 2 queen size beds, nightstand, dresser with flat screen TV on top, closet for additional storage, window for natural light, and access to the bathroom. The bathroom is across the hall and features a tub/ shower combo, vanity, mirror, hair dryer, and toilet.
The second bedroom is located straight ahead at the end of the hall once you enter the condo. This bedroom also features 2 queen size beds, nightstand, dresser with flat screen TV on top, closet for additional storage, window for natural light, and access to the ensuite bathroom. This bedroom shares access to the hall bathroom and features a tub/ shower combo, vanity, mirror, hair dryer, and toilet. A stackable washer and dryer is located across from this bathroom! Guests will love the convenience of being able to do laundry in the comfort of the vacation rental!
Moving right along guests will find the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances including, refrigerator, wall mounted microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and more! The kitchen is fully stocked with all basic cookware, utensils, cutlery, and glassware. Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem! For guests who prefer not to cook, Dunes Village offers multiple dining options onsite. The Grand Strand is also home to thousands of dining options, and many of them are within a 5-minute drive of the resort. Many of our guests love using food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash. Both are available in the Myrtle Beach area.
Just past the kitchen is the dining area and main living space. Many would say that this is the most relaxing spot in the entire condo! This space features a couch, coffee table, TV stand, large flat screen TV, and access to the private oceanfront balcony! If additional bedding is needed, the couch converts to a sleeper sofa and will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests. Stunning panoramic views and breathtaking sunrises can be seen from inside the condo, or from the oversize oceanfront balcony! The dining area features a table and chairs with enough seating to accommodate 6 with the addition of two additional seats directly behind at the bar area!
To the left of the living room area is the master bedroom. The master features a king size bed, two nightstands on either side, dresser with flat screen TV on top, access to the private oceanfront balcony, and access to the ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a large tub/ shower combo, double sink vanity, large mirror, hair dyer, and toilet.
All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, bedding, and linens are provided. Specifically, 8 bath towels and 8 washcloths will be provided for our guests for each bathroom. We also provide starter amenities in each bathroom such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! If desired, we can accommodate daily housekeeping or mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee. Just let us know what you need and we'll be happy to work with you!

These water parks are located within the Dunes Village Resort and feature various water slides, dump buckets, sprinklers, Kid Zone, and so much more. In addition to the water parks, guests will also have access to a number of indoor and outdoor pool options and lazy rivers. Our guests will also be able to enjoy multiple food and beverage options at the resort! An outdoor playground, basketball court, tennis court, fitness center, putting greens, pool tables, ping pong tables, shuffleboard, and foosball table will be available to our guests! Dunes Village Resort also has a concierge desk to assist you with planning all of your Myrtle Beach fun activities!!
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained, and other fines may be assessed. Guests will also be subject to eviction per resort policy. Dunes Village Resort does not allow pets. Pets are not permitted at the resort, or inside unit 338. The minimum age to book this property is 18 years of age. Limit 12 guests.

Being just north of the heart of Myrtle Beach, this location is much quieter overall than downtown Myrtle Beach, but it isn't as far north as other places, making this one of the best locations!
