This is a 7th floor 1 bedroom suite at the Sand Dunes Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This ocean view 1 bedroom is fully furnished with 2 full size beds and will comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests!
As of 2024 this unit has been updated with brand new flooring throughout, as well as all new furniture!
Just after you enter, guests will find the bedroom! This bedroom features 2 full size beds, a dresser and closet for storage, nightstand between the two beds, and ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower, vanity, hair dryer and in the closet is the stackable washer and dryer. Guests will love the convenience of having a washer and dryer directly in the unit!
Moving through the unit guests will find the kitchen area. This area features a stove, wall mounted microwave, double compartment sink, and full-size fridge The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you may need to whip something up! A Keurig coffee maker is also provided so you can enjoy your favorite brew while you watch the sunrise. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or by foot. Of course, many restaurants offer delivery as well.
Just past the kitchen guests will find the main living space! This space is the most relaxing part of the entire condo! It features a couch, accent chair, TV stand, large wall mounted TV, small table and chairs for eating, and access to the private ocean view balcony! Past guests have enjoyed spotting dolphins and watching beautiful sunsets!
All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. A hair dryer is also provided for your use as well.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! If desired, we can accommodate daily housekeeping or mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee. Just let us know what you need, and we'll be happy to work with you!
Guest should be advised that this is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited in the studio AND on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained. Sand Dunes Resort does not allow motorcycles or pets. The kiddie water park behind the resort is a privately owned facility and access to it is restricted.
