This unit has two main entrances, featuring a 1BR condo, as well an adjoining studio. These 2 units are side-by-side, but they are connected via an internal door. Guests love the privacy that this lock-out style apartment offers!

Making your way to the 2746 side guests will get ocean view 1 bedroom is fully furnished with 2 full size beds and will comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests! Making the grand total for both sides able to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests!
Just after you enter, guests will find the bedroom! This bedroom features 2 full size beds, a dresser and closet for storage, nightstand between the two beds, and ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower, vanity, hair dryer and in the closet is the stackable washer and dryer. Guests will love the convenience of having a washer and dryer directly in the unit!
Moving through the unit guests will find the kitchen area. This area features a stove, wall mounted microwave, double compartment sink, and full-size fridge The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you may need to whip something up! A Keurig coffee maker is also provided so you can enjoy your favorite brew while you watch the sunrise. It features a couch, accent chair, TV stand, large wall mounted TV, small table and chairs for eating, and access to the private ocean view balcony! All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. A hair dryer is also provided for your use as well.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! If desired, we can accommodate daily housekeeping or mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee. Just let us know what you need, and we'll be happy to work with you!
Guest should be advised that this is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited in the studio AND on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained. Sand Dunes Resort does not allow motorcycles or pets. The kiddie water park behind the resort is a privately owned facility and access to it is restricted.
Sand Dunes also offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, sauna, onsite restaurants, huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit.
