Our condo is less than a 10-minute drive from many tourist attractions. This end unit offers gorgeous oceanfront views, beach access directly across the street from the complex, outdoor pool, spacious living area, oversized balcony, and so much more!
As of April 2024, this unit has had some beautiful updates, and we could not be more excited to share them with you! For starters, the entire unit was freshly painted with warm and welcoming colors. All new flooring, furniture, lighting, and decor was installed throughout as well! In the kitchen a new dishwasher was installed. Lastly, all rooms have new smart TV's!
This apartment is fully furnished and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, full kitchen, and an oversized balcony with great views of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom features a king bed, dresser, TV, two night stands on either side of the bed, and access to the master bathroom. The master bath features a tub/shower combo, toilet, vanity, and mirror. Guests will be able to access the balcony from the master bedroom as well.
Making our way through the apartment, guests will find the fully stocked kitchen centrally located in the apartment. The kitchen features plentiful counter space, spacious cabinetry, sink, full size appliances, full size stove, fridge, freezer, and microwave. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, cooking utensils, and much more! Just off the kitchen you will also find a small table and chairs.
The living room is located just off from the kitchen. The living room features 1 large sofa that converts to a sleeper sofa, two accent chairs, TV, and access to the private balcony. The living room is truly the most relaxing area of the entire apartment. Guests love the private balcony offering stunning oceanfront views!
The guest bedroom features one queen size bed. Guests will have access to a closet for storage, dresser, and window that provides natural light. Guests can easily access the 2nd bathroom that's located just outside of this bedroom. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, mirror, and toilet.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
