Conveniently located to everything along the Grand Strand, the Meridian is a perfect location for our guests.
This 1 bedroom apartment has several unique features! Our guests will enjoy a king bed in the bedroom, full bathroom, oceanfront living room with endless views, full kitchen with oversized counter space, updated cabinets with plentiful space, and so much more! In December 2020, the sleeper sofa was replaced!
This is truly a one-of-a-kind rental that will keep you returning year after year. The direct ocean front balcony offers incredible panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, and you will not want to miss sunrise and sunset. Situated on the 8th floor, our guests will be blown away by this view! The 2nd Avenue Pier is visible, including breathtaking views of the coastline.
Being a king suite, our guests will enjoy a king bed in the bedroom. Additionally, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room makes this rental ideal for 4 guests. The living room TV also features a fire stick that will allow guests to use streaming apps in addition to the cable TV. There are multiple remotes; 1 for the TV and one for the streaming device!

The kitchen area features full size appliances including a fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, kitchen sink, oversized counter space, and a brand new dishwasher that was installed in December 2020. The cabinets are stocked with all basic kitchen necessities, cookware, utensils, cups, plates, and more. Cooking a full meal or a quick snack will not be a problem!
All towels, linens, bedding, dishes, and kitchen utensils are provided. We do not provide beach chairs, but guests can rent them seasonally from lifeguards on the beach. The Meridian offers 1 indoor and 1 outdoor pool, as well as 1 indoor and 1 outdoor hot tub. Onsite laundry is available to our guests as well!
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
Our guests love the convenience of a keyless door lock. While we are here to assist our guests with whatever they may need, there will be no need to meet at our office for keys or parking passes. Whether you plan to arrive at the time of check in, or if you're arriving late at night, your door codes will give you access to the lobby and apartment during your stay!
This is truly a perfect location and easily accessible to all restaurants, shopping, dining, and other local attractions. The Meridian is located at 2310 N. Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC, and is literally a 5-10 minute walk or drive to just about everything you can imagine! There are so many restaurants close by, but Uber Eats and DoorDash have become very popular delivery options in our area.
Our guests love the convenience of a keyless door lock. While we are here to assist our guests with whatever they may need, there will be no need to meet at our office for keys or parking passes. Whether you plan to arrive at the time of check in, or if you're arriving late at night, your door codes will give you access to the lobby and apartment during your stay!
