This ocean view studio is calling your name! This vacation rental features 2 full beds and boasts endless, Northern views of the Atlantic Ocean. This hotel-condo is ideal for 4 guests. Other features include a private bathroom, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, cable TV, complimentary resort Wi-Fi, and fresh towels and linens for each guest. This unit sits on the 6th floor and is just down the hall from 4 guest elevators. The Sun-N-Sand is an ocean front resort and our guests love being just steps to the beach. Located in South Myrtle Beach, our guests are only 1.5 miles to the airport and infamous Market Common.
While this condo does not offer a full kitchen, guests will have access to a microwave and fridge! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very popular in this area.
Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. The Sun N Sand also offers an indoor and outdoor pool, seasonal outdoor bar, huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
