This studio is fully furnished with 1 king bed, 1 full-size sleeper sofa, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. This unique layout offers oversized living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! Our guests enjoy having their own private balcony where they can relax and enjoy courtyard views (sometimes you can view the indoor pool when the top is retracted)! The wet bar area includes a sink, cabinet space, a microwave and a mini fridge! This unit features a brand new king bed, mattress, and box spring as of Spring 2020. In addition, a brand new, full-size sleeper sofa was installed! Brand new vinyl flooring, fresh paint, and modern decor was also installed. This is truly a pristine unit that has been completely updated for our guests to enjoy! The bathroom is a full-size bathroom and features a granite slab countertop, toilet, and tub/shower.

While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
AS OF: November 25, 2022 the Outdoor Lazy River and Kiddie pool will be closed for the season. The only outdoor amenities that will remain open will be Spa 6 and the Outdoor Pool.
