The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 6th floor condo at the Landmark Resort! The studio is furnished with two double beds, full bath, a wet bar and a private balcony with an interior view of the resort. Our guests enjoy having their own private balcony where they can relax.
Upon entering, guests will enter through a small hallway. To the left is the bathroom. The bathroom features toilet, vanity, and shower/tub combo.
Moving straight through guests will find the main living space. This is the most popular area of the apartment, and features two double beds, an accent chair, desk with wall mounted TV above, a small table and chairs, and the wet bar. The wet bar area includes a sink, cabinet space, a microwave and a mini fridge!
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and WIFI.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
