Located behind the Intracoastal Waterway, our guests are within a 20 minute drive to the Grand Strand Airport, Tanger Outlets, and so many different options for dining out and shopping!
Entering the condo, guests are greeted by the welcoming living room space! This space is perfect for gathering after a long day at the beach! The living area is furnished with two loveseats, end tables, a coffee table, lamps for ambient lighting, a TV, and access to the balcony. One of two dining spaces is also located in this space, and has enough seating for four.
Adjacent to the living space is the kitchen. The kitchen showcases a plentiful amount of counter and cabinet space, a glass top stove and oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, sink, and side by side refrigerator. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, cooking utensils, and much more! For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from Greenbriar. In addition, UberEats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.
Making your way out of the kitchen, the guest bedroom is located directly across from the kitchen area. This spacious bedroom features two full sized beds, a nightstand, dresser and closet for storage, a ceiling fan, and two windows for natural light! This room can sleep four guests! Past the guest bedroom is the guest bathroom, which features a tub/shower combo, sink with vanity for storage, and toilet.
On the other end of the condo is the master suite. This oversized bedroom features a queen sized bed, two night stands, a wardrobe and dresser for storage, a walk in closet, ceiling fan, wall mounted tv, and two windows for the perfect amount of natural light! Attached to the master suite, guests will find the master bathroom. The bathroom is home to a jacuzzi tub, separate standing shower, and a double vanity with two sinks!
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible!
